Ordered 7 hours in advance on New Years Eve. Waited 90 minutes past wait time being told "5 more minutes" the entire time. Employees eating in the back while 20+ customers waited for orders that were not prepared for pick up times. Would have left but had prepaid. After finally getting food, order was not correct. No apologies from staff who seemed to think a room full of people waiting was very funny. As people were waiting for well over an hour, they were still taking phone...read full review
