i come to this brueggar's quite often, and they do often have issues getting the order right. more recently, i visited on september 24th in the morning to pick up bagels for my family and was treated rudely and received an order with multiple mistakes.we ordered a half dozen bagels and 3 bagel sandwiches. after receiving the order, i found there were only 5 of the half dozen bagels we ordered. one of the five bagels was also a different flavor than what we had ordered. when i...read full review
Highly incompetent, not to mention rude. Went in there on a Monday for a breakfast sandwich which they made wrong, went back in and asked for them to remake it and the Middle aged white guy behind the counter snatched it out of my hand without so much as a “I’m sorry about that. Let me fix it for you.” Treat your customers nicer. Also you can tell there are several teenage newbies training at once who don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Disappointed with this location. Have been a customer for 30 years. The bagels aren’t as good. The cream cheese wasn’t as fresh. And when i paid, the woman helping me admitted to not understanding math so she gave me less money back than she should have. I won't be returning anytime soon.
