Manager at this store is incredible, she goes out of her way all the time, either on the phone or in person, she has the patients of a saint, and it absolutely shows in the quality of her work and the high standard in which she keeps her shop. I love firehouse. My favorite place to go for subs. My sister and I love the Ham & Cheese, I also love the Italian and my brother-in-law loves the Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket. The staff is amazing at the Woburn location. Im so happy they're open again!
