I went in 1pm Sat 8-11.. one other customer there... waiter didn't seem interested in me, so asked if I could ask a question. Said my family does subs every week on Sat and kinda picky & I needed to know what ingredients they had to build our own subs (can't see behind the counter like Subway and no list on the board above)... I asked a couple of questions (do you have swiss cheeze?) - he gave a couple of curt replies then turned his back to me and went to something else. I left. My humble advice: I'd say, "hello sir, can I make you a sandwich!!??". Ironically, I love the idea and the name because I love firefighters - but I will not be disrespected.

Food Man Review

It's basically a Quiznos with a fire house theme. Food was Okay. Nothing speical.Staff could smile and be more social.Other than that. It was good.

I got a cheddar brisket sub that is way better than i expected, price was high but whatever. Only 4 stars because themed sub shops are pretty cringe

The food was awesome as it always is, but, the customer service is terrible at this location. The old lady behind the counter kept on complaining about being clocked in for 4 hours and being overwhelmed, the store was empty except for 2 other people. Another thing was the complaining about door dash orders constantly coming in and that she was going to lock the door so they couldn't get in, in the time I was eating only one person came to pick up an order, this was 10 minutes before I left and the man was still waiting for his sandwich to be made. Ridiculous, in all honesty.

I am visiting from out of town so i may have different expectations of what is customer service. I came into the restaurant around 108 pm on a Weds. on my break . When i arrived the store was clean and there were about 3 people (customers in the store). The two employees a guy making the sandwich with glasses and an elderly woman who was working the register. They were arguing and as i come to make my order she didnt greet me and said swipe your card after i ordered my food. She then basically threw my cup at me. I said im not sure why you are being rude to me. "she stated we are very busy". I said there are like 3 people here . She said well we have alot of online orders as well. and walked away. Needless to say 30 mins later my food was made and after i watched her smile at everyone else and tell them sorry for the wait. Once my order came up i said thank you and was not told sorry for the wait or thank you. By far for my experience it was a bad one. Going to also contact corporate as well.

Manager at this store is incredible, she goes out of her way all the time, either on the phone or in person, she has the patients of a saint, and it absolutely shows in the quality of her work and the high standard in which she keeps her shop. Everything going out the door is always to perfection. I actually thought she owned the branch. Her son is equally dedicated. Very Hard workers, especially during the pandemic. Credit is due when your that dedicated and there is shortage of workers everywhere. I know when i order for my family no matter how busy it gets, im bringing home the best subs ever made

We just love the food at Firehouse subs - the one closest to us shut its doors but this is worth the trip for sure!

This particular shop has soooo many good things going for it; excellent location, clean inside, and plenty of parking. The problem is the service is absolutely abysmal. My first time (probably about 3 months ago) I was pleasantly greeted when I walked in. I placed my order and shortly after I was on my way back to the office. Unfortunately the sandwich was made incorrectly, oh well it happens. It was still pretty good anyway. A couple weeks later I placed an online order, pretty much the same experience. Another botched order and quite a wait. Not a soul in the restaurant, placed the order 15-20 minutes prior and they hadn't even started it? Third time a colleague wanted to head over, I let her know about my past two experiences. She said her usual firehouse subs (in the city) has always been great. We went anyway, placed the order in a nearly empty restaurant and waited close to 30 mins for lunch while the employees did everything and anything but make our order. I'm done with this place. There are sooo many better places in Woburn almost within walking distance. Please go anywhere but here.

This review has nothing to do with the quality or taste of their sandwiches, which are amazing.HOWEVER. Standing while waiting for my order, I was witness to this older lady absolutely berating the two workers, even to the point of taking a sandwich and throwing it directly in the trash because they mixed something up? Every single customer in the joint felt bad for the two. I hope you guys find a job where they're nicer to you because holy heck, this was my first, and now my last time coming to this particular shop. What a horrid woman. Be nice to your staff, or you won't have to worry about messed up orders because you'll be the only one making them. Absolutely unreal what I witnessed today. Shame on you. My heart goes out to the staff.Jesus.

Good subs, not so good service. Second time they’ve left items out of my pickup order in the last two months. Then wouldn’t refund my card and told me they could only refund me cash after I’d already driven the 20 mins home. Won’t be back.

It's a shame that this place can't get it together, because the food is pretty good. Second time I've ordered from here and items were missing from my order. I called back to have my card refunded tonight after they left out half of an order and was told they couldn't do it and could only refund me cash, after already driving the 20 minutes home. The food isn't worth the crappy service.

Service was kinda slow , people behind the counter were moving in slow motion like they were in benzos or somethingSub was not bad at allThe only complaint is the bathroom ,it was not clean at all and the soap was disgusting and VERY perfumey ,more colonge than perfume actuallyLike someone dumped an entire bottle drakkar into it , it ruined my meal because as I was eating my sub I kept smelling and tasting cheap disgusting men's colonge ,I first couldn't figure out where it was coming from ,I thought it might have been from the person who made my sub at firstBut then I realized I used the bathroom and washed my hands right before eatingThe smell was awful and made me ? sickI kept smelling it the whole ride home and it gave me a headacheIf you own a restaurant you should refrain from using scented soap in the rest rooms period of something it smelly ,like a faint clean lemon scent or something , and not some that smells like cheap old spice aftershaveEspecially if you serve finger food like subs

Came in to redeem the T-Mobile Tuesday offer, only to find out that they were not able to redeem the offer. I was told to come back some other time and they will remember me. Quite the aggravation to drive all the way here only to find out that I’m leaving without my sandwich. I would recommend calling ahead to verify their able to complete your order prior wasting your time driving all the way here. Good luck!
