Visiting with friends in Virden. We helped them celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary, and they ordered and picked up bags of Kuipers buns for the homemade pulled pork sandwiches. I’m not looking for a BFF, however the current gal minding the till is unenthused, unfriendly and comes off quite cold. Who runs your counter represents your business and being cordial should be a minimum. The boss may appreciate this is valuable feedback.
