I 110% recommend using Jenna Rea Cakes. The customer service is beyond amazing, they helped me out in a bind. Living out of province, the ordering process is so easy and they are so helpful if you have any questions. Not only did they totally exceed my expectations with the short notice but the cake and cupcakes wowed everybody. I couldn’t thank this amazing place enough.
The execution of the cake design for my daughter’s 1st birthday was impressive! To think that we only discussed the details through email exchanges. I got the chocolate oreo flavour and it was so delish! The only thing I didn’t like about this store was their payment processing. I hope they could accept payments through their website as I wasn’t comfortable giving out my debit & credit card details over the phone and email.
