My favourite bakery in Winnipeg, I highly recommend checking this place out! I get all my goodies from this place for simply just for myself, events, and specially my birthday cakes every year to make it extra special! I’m pleased with every visit and the service Jenna Rae Cakes provides! 10/10 <333

Unfortunately I had a situation that we were not able to come up with a satisfactory outcome.I recently had someone send cupcakes to my office by a third party. Unfortunately the delivery person did not mention the contents of the delivery nor mention the perishable nature of the cupcakes. Unfortunately, this meant they weren’t safe for consumption after several days and had to be discarded.

Cute and fancy little shop at the Forks maket. Tried their cupcakes and cookies. The cookies were underwhelming, nothing special and overpriced. The cupcake I tired (salted caramel) was good although a bit too sweet for my taste.

I 110% recommend using Jenna Rea Cakes. The customer service is beyond amazing, they helped me out in a bind. Living out of province, the ordering process is so easy and they are so helpful if you have any questions. Not only did they totally exceed my expectations with the short notice but the cake and cupcakes wowed everybody. I couldn’t thank this amazing place enough.

The execution of the cake design for my daughter’s 1st birthday was impressive! To think that we only discussed the details through email exchanges. I got the chocolate oreo flavour and it was so delish! The only thing I didn’t like about this store was their payment processing. I hope they could accept payments through their website as I wasn’t comfortable giving out my debit & credit card details over the phone and email. I had to go to one of their branches just to swipe my card. But it’s all good as I was also able to taste their Salted Caramel & Birthday Cake Macarons during my visit and it was oh so good! 4.5/5 ⭐️

Everything is extremely sweet. It all tastes the same, like sugar with coloring/butter. We had a smarties and an oreo cookie sandwich and we couldnt even taste the difference.The customer service is subpar. Everytime i've been your staff seems more interested in gossiping behind the counter than providing excellent customer service.You're paying for an aesthetic here. Their instagram and website, even shop decor is enticing but the baked goods are lacking.Many other bakeries in the city who have better quality sweets and treats aren't ripping you off to maintain a "brand image"

I was very disappointed by my experience. They are called Jenna Rae CAKES and yet when I went to order a gender reveal cake, I was told that they don't offer those online. They only have cupcakes. They do however have customizable cakes (scoffs). Great! So I place an order for a pink and blue cake on the outside and blue filling on the inside. When I confirmed that both the BATTER and ICING would be blue, I was told that they could not accomodate that request. Only the icing between the vanilla layers would be blue. I was so upset. This is a reasonable request! Not only was the cake way over priced $70 and too sweet, I did not get my "customized" cake as requested. Will not be purchasing again!

Chocolate Lovers CakeThis cake is outstanding and worth every penny I paid for it. You can smell how delicious the cake is going to taste when you open the box!! Service at the Academy store is always very friendly and courteous. It's very easy to place the order online, pay for it and then pick it up on the requested date. It's great to have such a wonderful bakery within close walking distance of our home.
