They allow you to mix boba/bubble tea flavors here and they have a lot to choose from! I tried vanilla taro boba tea and it was super sweet and the right mix of Vanilla and Taro. If you and one friend are getting boba/bubble drinks you can buy 2 for under 10$. This fast food joint is small but the waitresses are nice and quick with the food! I enjoyed my drink very much!
So-so staff interaction. The ones they have now are friendly, the one before was okay- did not smile but did a good job. I love their beef udon! They would automatically ask if you wanted extra sauce, which is great by the way... they give large servings and smoking hot. Great especially for this coming winter.

I was honestly very disappointed, first time trying Koya. Wanted the rice teriyaki but was told they were out of rice and it was being made so my only option was noodles. I said fine. 2 servings were made with the person that ordered before me. While my meat was cooking the lady come out with the rice. I would have waited for it if the option was given to me. When I tried it it tasted off, made me sick later on too. Will not be going back. The $14 price point was a little high...read full review
