A warm and inviting space tucked into a quiet corner of Wolsely. I would highlight recommend!
this place is such a gem! the atmosphere was great; it felt really laid back, cozy, and inviting. Even though I don’t live around the area when I was at Langside Grocery, I felt a sense of community with those who live around the neighbourhood. it really feels like a local spot! we even saw the neighbourhood cat!Overall, the drinks were good! the service was great! food also great! I really enjoyed the potatoes, shrimp, and olives.

We live close by, every time we passed by we noticed that there were always many people there, so we finally decided to go. We liked it, very friendly staff. And a good atmosphere. We were given 3 types of wine to try before we ordered it. The beer is delicious! But there was one nuance. We reserved a table, but when we arrived around 6 pm, our table was already given away, because it was reserved for 5:30, although it was written in the email that we were given 105 minutes to arrive.

Fantastic atmosphere and friendly staff. They make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The dim lighting and music add to the experience. I really enjoyed the roasted potatoes. I highly recommend visiting this gem.

This was my second visit to Langside Grocery and likely won't be returning. Although the food is tasty and presentation is nice, being nickle and dimed is not. I found it comical being charged $1.00 for mix in my cocktail (I've never seen this, especially in this city.) As well, the waitress said if we needed more bread for the charcuterie to ask her. On the menu I don't recall seeing any upcharge for this, and considering you get 4 triangle pieces of bread and double the ricotta spread, and it's much to sweet to eat by itself, being forced to forfeit the remainder pay the upcharge and not being informed of it. If these weird upcharges are gonna be charged, a patron should be informed either on the menu or at a time of order.
