“We had a really good experience in yafa cafe. We have come here for iftaar recently and the hosts have been really welcoming. Throughout the meal, we have got complimentary dates, drinks, tea. Well yesterday was a just another example of why Dannok and the lovely folks that own it are just the best!I had ordered my lunch ahead of time for pick up as it can get very busy there. When I came it wasn’t quite ready yet and I was a bit worried as I needed to be back at work right away. They were so great about this and got my food ready right away.This place might be little but the staff have big hearts and the food is unreal on how good it is! I can’t say what food is best as I have tried many items and they are always all fantastic!Long story short go!!! “I’ve gone here multiple times before and the food never disappoints.This time I decided to stop by on a Wednesday around early noon so after the lunch rush. I went i, there were 2 people eating and when I got to the service area, there was no one around and I stood by the register waiting to get served. It wasn’t until I had to make an audible noise for a lady to finally come out and help me out.I decided to get the 1/4 chicken and rice and I know they have that as a special on Thursdays but that’s my favourite dish from this place so I still got it. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s not the special that day but the take out container they packed it in was in the rectangular container when before I’ve gotten in the square containers. My question is, does it only come in the square container during the specials day?TLDR; Food overall was delicious as always but service was lacking this time around and the smaller container threw me off as this was my first time ordering that dish in a smaller container.“

Same great tasting recipe, i always get a Mix calzone, thank God that hasn't changed! “Loving this place with new ownership, amazing taste and great food quality. I loved their Chicken Calazone and Fajita Pizza. Their burgers are good to try as well. Not a great place to sit as traffic is high and casual dining is ok but its a mixed experience between fast food and casual dining. Frequent visitors do get some props like I was offer free pop and other time extra sauce with no charge. Don't ask for rush service if you don't wish to spoil taste.“

“I ate dinner at Good Lands Cafe for the first time in June 2022 and it definitely won’t be my last time here! Good Lands is an all vegan, Middle Eastern inspired cafe with gluten free options (three bowls) and the food was incredible. It’s a simple and casual place with seating inside. The owner was friendly and welcoming and he cooked everything from scratch. I ordered the Medley Bowl, which had spiced eggplant, falafel, Lima beans, spiced lentils, on a bed of lettuce with tomatoes and pickled cabbage, and topped with various sauces. The flavours were so unique and tasty! Plus, you can’t beat those prices. Where else can you get a satisfying home cooked meal for $10?! I can’t wait to eat here again and would recommend to anyone looking for amazing Middle Eastern food!“
