My sister and I visited your restaurant for lunch on Tuesday, September 30, 2025. I would like to give a huge shout out to our waitress Chey. She was so amazing with our 89 year old mother. My mom was interested in the Tuesday special which was Crab Legs. She was unsure if she was going to be able to crack open the legs. Chey replied that she would do it for her. When our meals were delivered, Chey came back to our table and opened up all the legs and passed my mom the meat....read full review
I went there recently during the crab fest expecting a dining experience I had become accustomed to. I received anything but what I expected. I have been going here since before the remodelling of the restaurant and ever since then it has gone downhill. I first noticed this trend when the atmosphere of which the restaurant had moved away from is roots. I went on my birthday because I was given a gift card . They said I had to go to the website and get a code however the website just gives a balance . The manager just said that’s why he doesn’t recommend third party gift card ….like a have a choice what I receive as a gift 🙄
The manager made no effort to fix the situation or apologize just acted like it was my fault for using a “3rd party “ gift card .
