We ordered two footlong sub out of that one of the footlong on everything bread was bad and while eating bread crumps were falling down from it.This is not a quality we expect from the Subway.So it is my request to get compensation on it.

OMG , went there to use washroom , horrible experience . A lady with specs does not how to talk . Feel bad for the indian girls working there with that lady . She treats like she is the boss of everyone. Go get some life lady !

Their wooden cutlery is made of cheap materials. I had a hard time to use the fork for my salad. It kept bending and lost shape quickly. Salads are the main reason I go to Subway. If they don't improve their materials quality I won't go to Subway anymore.
We friends, visited Subway 900 St James, on 1st July 2023, around 5.30 PM. There was a very rude employee who used profanity words. She said to go out of this store. the reason was that my friend asks the key to the bathroom and she did not give the key then another employee gave him the key and my friend talked with her(who gave the key), and asked her hey sister why she was very rude, she did not give me a key, also we said her for changing hand gloves because of an allergy reaction and that time she was very rude we never say anything. then we started eating sandwiches. when we almost finish the sandwiches suddenly she started shouting from our back and rudely saying something wrong to us, and she used profanity words and said you can complain anywhere. and said go out of my store and used very bad words for us. I said this is not your store I will talk with your manager then she said go out of the store this is mine store. She harassed us. we are very upset because of this, she was abusing us just because of ask for the key to the washroom and to change her gloves. She was also rude to us a few weeks ago that time she provided cold sandwiches and when I ask these are cold then she said in an aggressive way I can't do anything you cant see there is a long line. She was very rude. I recommend other customers shouldn't go to this store. I request the owner, should take action regarding this incident.

I just wish I can give negative points, girl on closing shift was extremely rude and didn’t made my order mentioning grill is not working , seriously why you even open if grill is not working, and she said veggies not available, girl I see that in front . It’s girl closing today - May 2nd, 2023.even when I enter store she ignore me, like she didn’t want to take order.
