This Tim Hortons has a weird line-up layout that loops around the seating area, but unless you've been here before, there are literally no signs or indication that's what you're meant to do.The cashiers are generally really nice, but they will get mad at you if you line up in front of the tills, yet I've had customers get mad and give me grief for lining up the way the employees instruct!It's not a bad way to set it up- it saves space in the cramped waiting spot, and does make...read full review
Customer service is sooo bad. They should train them how to talk nice to the customers.Also, I ordered iced cap and there was no whipped topping, then I asked if they can put on top, they said I have to pay it. And line up again???? ?
