The washroom here is really nasty. One toilet was clogged with feces and the other washroom is locked even tho it said vacant. The third washroom doesn't even have a lock (how is that legal?)

Horrible behavior from the employees! I ordered a drink and after taking 1 sip I realized they made it wrong. I let them know I don't think it has been made right so can they remake it. It's not like I finished the drink and complained. It was during the closing time hence why I understand if it is a bother to remake drinks but there was not any crowd and I only overed a simple latte. They acted so hostile and disgusting. I got the drink remade so they were standing there some type of cops to see how I react. The next day I go to get the same drink and when the girl at the register recognized me, she acted hostile again. I have worked at starbucks in the past and I work as food server currently so I know how it is to work in service. Those two girls had disgusting behavior. Having a bad day or being tired from work does not excuse bad behavior. This is disgusting and I have been seeing this in this location recently a lot. Please give training to employees properly and don't just hire whoever.
