“I always have fun going through the drive through. Always a refresher and 2 blueberry glaze. Sometimes they have them so I do the happy dance in the car, they are always laughing with me. Alas many times they don't have the donuts. So I do the over the top crushed impersonation that have them laughing so more.“

“Today I went through the drive through around 230 pmish and you had a really sweet foreign lady (I couldn’t quite place the accent) who was kinda on the heavier side of place her in her 30s and had dark hair. She was so sweet and patient with me and just incredibly kind and her service was remarkable. I wish I got her name she was amazing. I will also be calling to give a customer compliment ?“
“Came to Dunkin April 10th at 6:30 am on the way home to New Jersey. They're was one employee there- Erica! She was great. She handled all the food prep, beverage service and donut requests by herself. She was waiting on 3 customers before me and 9 after me. After she took my food order, I told her she was doing such a great job. She smiled and said, "I'm trying. " She was already overwhelmed so I got something to drink at the food Cafe next to Dunkin. The clerk there said Erica was the most reliable employee there. I felt bad that she was working alone, so I asked the other customers to tell her she was doing a good job and to encourage her.I hope you know and appreciate what a wonderful employee you have in Erica.
