The bad reviews here are from entitled people who don’t even care about the workers. Those workers are trying their best. Mind you they get over 100 customers a day. Instead of complaining on why it’s taking them over 20 minutes to make your drink, you should really be questioning why y’all are paying $6+ for one freaking coffee.
The worker Angeliki was cussing on the floor and being a bully to co workers one of the barista made my drink wrong and she started yelling at them the girl kept apologizing but I told her it wasn’t a big deal but that women doesn’t deserve that job

Starbucks aren't alike. The Starbucks in Shanghai is bigger and has a velvet rope with bouncers.This is maybe the second largest Starbucks with beautiful sunny airy and comfy interior, outdoor seating. It took a while but their staff is now good and wait.time above average for Starbucks and it gets a lot of business at peak times. Next nearest is over 20 min away
