One of the worst Starbucks I visited... waited for more than 25mins for a cold brew drink and then the employee got it incorrect... she didn't care and after bringing it to her notice... acted like everything is fine and then took another 15mins to get my drink...will never step foot into this place again.

The Starbucks in Shanghai is bigger and has a velvet rope with bouncers.This is maybe the second largest Starbucks with beautiful sunny airy and comfy interior, outdoor seating. It took a while but their staff is now good and wait.time above average for Starbucks and it gets a lot of business at peak times. Next nearest is over 20 min away

The bad reviews here are from entitled people who don’t even care about the workers. Those workers are trying their best. Mind you they get over 100 customers a day. Instead of complaining on why it’s taking them over 20 minutes to make your drink, you should really be questioning why y’all are paying $6+ for one freaking coffee.

The worker Angeliki was cussing on the floor and being a bully to co workers one of the barista made my drink wrong and she started yelling at them the girl kept apologizing but I told her it wasn’t a big deal but that women doesn’t deserve that job

The drinks taste different depending on the day you come. I ordered a caramel frappacino and it tasted like snickerdoodle or gingerbread and was several shades lighter. The manager was rude and smirked in my face. Won’t be coming back. Sad.

One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. On Saturday morning at about 8:30am, there were 3 people who had ordered ahead of me in the store, and it took 10 minutes to get my two drinks. They were all trying to sort out a problem with the order of one of the said 3 people. When I told the manager about the slow service, she said you're getting your order now and we're doing the best we can and did not offer an apology. To which i responded, i should have had my order 5 minutes ago.

Really liked this Starbucks location. The atmosphere was excellent. Checkout the photos. The food was great and the employees were really friendly. An A+ for sure.

Sometimes the coffee here can be a hit or miss. I've had the white mocha taste perfect one day but make your hair stand up the next. The baristas really need to start topping the coffee off. $6.50 for a cup of coffee that isn't full is a total rip off. I always order without whip cream because that makes them skimp on the coffee even more so.

This place is spacious, beautifully decorated with high ceilings, and great ambiance! The server behind the counter was very nice, but she did get the size of our coffee wrong (but that was an easy fix and we weren't in a rush).
