30 minutes to get my order of 2 burgers, fries and a soda. It all came cold: fries & burgers. Servers seem annoyed with everyone. Again we left disappointed with Wendy’s. It’s a shame, since when prepared properly and delivered in a timely manner, Wendy’s has the best burgers in most fast food chains.

Horrible service,I spent more than 15 min in the drive thru and it didnt move,so I went inside and spent another 15 min because no one was attending inside.When finally someone came(a short woman with glasses).She was really slow.Im so mad at this place.I have worked in costumer service for years and this is not acceptable.

Management should be ashamed. It's the busiest travel week of the year (between Xmas and New Year's), the busiest time of day (mid-day), and they only have 3 people scheduled. It took 30 minutes to get our order but believe me, the people working were doing their best! Management needs to schedule more people for the shifts.

Had the number eight meal. Didn’t enjoy the coffee or sandwich but the fries were on point. The Wendy’s employee was very nice.
Eating out is hit and miss, it all depends on who is working. I'm always giving bad reviews so I didn't want to pass up the opportunity to give a good one. Friday, September 29th 2023. 18:00. Night shift crew nailed it. Best burger and fries that I've received in my 2 years of travel. Thanks for your dedication to quality.

I had been looking forward to this spot reopening after the pandemic. Driving to Philly we stopped here today and yes it was open. Nonetheless, the crab cake nor the shrimp seemed as flavorful as I remembered. Mild disappointment but probably as good as one can get for a quick lunch on the road. Hushpuppies were good.

I ordered food from the Wendy's kiosk. I watched for 15 minutes as everyone else received their order. When I asked about mine at the register they told me the order had never been received. I re-ordered, re-paid then waited another 10 minutes for my burger.When I went home and looked at my bank statement, I was charged twice for the same thing and had to spend another 15 minutes with my credit card company to reject the double charge.In short, one hamburger and a small frosty costed me $11 and 35+ minutes of my time. Avoid this place.
