We were excited to try the new Adam's tonight. The parking was great out back and we were immediately seated upstairs my friend's mother in law is 93 and they proceeded to seat us upstairs. I was expecting the same menu as Adam's in Eastport. Not the same ordered my standard rack of ribs and slaw & fries. The minute I saw the food so disappointed. The ribs were half the size as Eastport the fries were all 1 inch long and the Cole slaw recipe was vinegar and not the creamy slaw. Not a fan at all. Will go back to Eastport in the future.

Average meal in Annapolis. Nothing of a wow factor. Service and ambience were good, attentive. Drinks and beer selection were typical bar menu nothing special. Server mentioned some items were same as other Adams restaurants but others were new. I had fish tacos with rockfish. Very messy, fish was luke warm, too much dressing. Others had pork sandwich and brisket sandwich which I was told were good flavorful sandwiches. Fries were cold and unsalted. Did not taste as hand cut in kitchen. May come back but there are other options. Inside is restaurant is very nice.

I’ve been twice and everything from the service to food was amazing! All of the food tasted very fresh and was well prepared. The crabs cakes are among the best in the area!

Adam's on Fourth is a very good spot! I went there with my family for a couple of birthday parties and the food has been very delicious. The service is great and they accommodated well to our larger parties! Pretty much everything on the menu is a solid option, and their desserts are great. Good layout, modern, and fits the Eastport vibe. Will be coming back!

The Adam’s Ribs group’s new spot in Eastport is delicious! Crab dip with perfectly doughy but crispy bread, crispy Old Bay wings and sandwiches were a perfect walk in lunch. They have their own small parking lot, and it’s less than a block from the public paid lot. In and out in under an hour and server was great!

Adams on the fourth has a great environment and even better service. You will get great service no matter what time you go. The atmosphere is unmatched and you won’t regret going to eat here.
I finally got to see what all the excitement was when I had lunch at Adam’s on 4th. The new space is open, airy and beautiful. They did a great job in designing it. My daughter and I shared the nachos and they were perfect! Just the right size for the two of us to share. I had heard that I “had” to get the fish tacos but opted for the Harvest Salad instead and was very happy with it…fresh, filling and enough for lunch the next day too! The staff is energetic, fun and knowledgeable! Adam’s on 4th is a great addition to the Eastport restaurant scene.Parking: We found a spot easily in their back parking lot.
