I visited this grocery store to find Keto products to serve my customers at work. To get the specific snacks I needed I was having a hard time, and I thought of all places Whole Foods would have it. This store felt smaller than normal, and the only Keto products they had were bars. I asked customer service for help, and they said “you can ask him over there.” The lady also gave me an attitude in tone when she said she couldn’t hear me. I also work in customer service, and know there are ways to politely say you can’t hear someone; this was just rude of her and shows the caliber of customer service this store has. She was working at the customer service counter at the front of the store. I ask the gentleman in the chip aisle after she told me to go there if they had the specific snacks I needed; they didn’t carry any. I just left with nothing other than knowing I would never return to this store after this experience. This store is not a Whole Foods, it’s a Half Foods.

I don't have a Whole Foods nearby my home. In town for a few days and I was tired of eating out. Looking for a grocery to buy some real food to eat in my hotel suite. Great selection of prepared dinner items and many salads, fresh fruits to take with me. Outstanding variety of everything. Prices were fair, and I was able to use my Prime Discount. Oh this is such a wonderful store. Happy customer please come to Ocala, Florida.

Prices up. Quality and service down since purchase by Amazon. Went to quick checkout, quickly placed items on counter to keep line moving. Checker threw a bag of blueberries back at me and said she would not bag them since I had thrown them at her. I reported this at the customer service counter. No response at all. Checker continues to work there. Never again for me.

Even though some of the prices have gone down, I feel like Whole Foods has gotten much worse since it was purchased by Amazon. Maybe that's what you get when fewer and fewer companies own everything. The people seem much less friendly, and at the quality has gone down. I purchased a bag of peppers recently, only to notice when I got home that two were rotten. I also question how "organic" some of their food really is. The fulfill a role as super-ubiquitous, corporate, kind of healthy/organic, still overpriced grocery store.

Deli staff young and super rude. Strange for them to give attitude & to get passive aggressive over waiting over deli salad. Almost had me in tears. Where do they train these people & if they hate working at WF then why inflect the rest of us Prime Members & customers with their miserableness? Manager didn't seem to care about their customer complaining either but will ensure you pay their high prices.

Has gone dowhill since Amazon bought. Customer service rude, not helpful. There's a lot more wasteful plastic products now too --- appearance of plastic juice and milk containers. Ingredients in many of the products have degraded -- you can tell they're not using real butter in their baked goods now, and olive oil in items like grape leaves has been switched to cheaper and less healthy canola oil. But store is still clean with a good variety of organic products (for a chain grocery).

I love the Christmas trees at Whole Foods but tried and failed this year to get one. I had to ask no fewer than 4 employees for help. There is no tree attendant but there was an employee SITTING in a chair at the entrance who told me that the cashier would make arrangements for tree pick/up loading. I asked cashier twice, she had to ask someone else. Still no help. I paid and came around with the car. Surprise! Still no one. I went back in and got nowhere with the supervisor. Asked for a refund & left.

I would give this place 5 stars but the first time I went, I didn't have the best experience. The first time I went, the lady at the cashier was just extremely rude, was super short with me and didn't even ask if I had Amazon prime or not. But every other time I've been there after that, I've had extremely nice cashiers and they make small talk with you. The groceries here is really good and obviously very organic. Big fan of their selection of yogurts, jams, and peanut butters. The store is very clean also!! Love coming to this place!!

The young man in the bakery named Emmanuel was very professional and helpful. He was kind and ensured that I found what I needed. Although most of the staff is generally helpful and nice, this young man was set apart from the rest. My son has a newly discovered gluten allergy and shopping for him can be a little complicated and expensive. He was very knowledgeable and even gave me a few pointers going forward. He didn't have take the time to help, nor did he have to go above and beyond. I have no doubt that he will go far in whatever path he takes. If you see him say hello and tell him that someone on yelp said he's doing a great job.

I just had a delivery from Whole Foods!!! I was able to get same day delivery but chose next day. I have tried 3 other grocery stores closer to me but either couldn't get a delivery date or had to wait more than a week. Even curbside was a long wait, if at all. Not with WF! Was able to pick a 2 hour window and got 2 updates and a map to show me where my order was in transit. I only had one item that was not in stock. The driver was able to figure out how to get the locked front door open by calling me on the side door panel. My order came to my door and the fruit and veggies were awesome! I couldn't have picked better!!! The driver was friendly even though she probably had been working all day in the heat. I'll be ordering from WF from now on because none of the brand name stores can compare with the quality and service. Go WF! Show the others how to do it. Thank you soooo much! I will tell all my friends and family about the best place to shop.

I like to visit Whole Food's at different locations. The Whole Foods Market in Annapolis is one of the best. I love the underground parking and its proximity to other shopping and restaurants.

I love this store it's clean and always stocked well. All the staff is friendly and always willing to help you if your in need. I love that they sell different stones sets like healing stones or chakra stone sets. They also sell sage, palo, spiritual candles. They even have books with information to help beginners with their spiritual journey. I thought that was cool because everyone doesn't have a stone or crystal store in their area.
