I love Cooper's Hawk. As a small chain restaurant, they manage to keep consistency across their locations. I visited the Annapolis location with no reservation on a Sat morning. They were very accommodating and extremely kind. Service is A1. I ordered the Cranberry spritz (pretty good), the spaghetti and meatballs (extremely flavorful) and the seasonal carrot cake (delicious). Cooper's Hawk is my go-to when I want guaranteed service and good food when stopping through the DMV.
Q made my 21st birthday amazing! the service was quick, kind, and attentive. I always have a great experience at Coopers Hawk. The food and drinks are delicious! We ate at the bar for a quiet and calm vibe. always recommend it here!
