“Great experience here. The crab cake in the crab cake sandwich was huge and it was so worth it. Our server Jeanette was one of the best we have had in a while. Very friendly, efficient and informative. We wanted to try one of the milkshakes where you get to keep the glass, but after seeing the portions of the food had to decide against it. Very busy but for good reason. The wait was about 15 min at around 11am on a Sunday.“
“Stopped at this hole in the wall yesterday just to peep the place after smelling these aromas while driving downtown to work. Finally found it thanks to their lil sign placed on the brick sidewalk. My coworker and I were welcomed inside and found the menu on the back wall of the place. After ordering our sandwiches, we found snacks and drinks inside. Good selection of accompaniments for all things sandwiches. I will def be back especially after their rye bread gave my mom's a run for her money! Great bang for your buck, and loads of options.“
“Lunch special for $10 - sub, chips and a can of soda. Not bad, not bad at all. Sub was good, decent meat added to a fresh roll, variety of chips to select and they have Mtn Dew. C'mon now, what more you need than a simple lunch for $10. Would have added a photo, but I ate the Turkey Sub to quick. Don't forget to tip the nice Lady making your sammich.“
“This was my first time stopping by and eating at The Big Cheese and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had in a while. I saw some of the earlier reviews from over a year ago and I cannot disagree more!!! The staff and owners were very nice and helpful and the prices for the items were listed!!!! The location was very clean and organized. Now as for the sandwich I had the St Mary's Slugger with pepper jack cheese and I have to say an absolute 10/10 arguably one of the best sandwiches I have had in my life!!! Cannot recommend this place enough and looking forward to becoming a regular“
“I did not need much service and usually just order and go. So far no problem. The food is straightforward and simple like what we would make at home. The cost for combo meals is good when other people charge 30% more. I go there for the convenience and the food is not greasy or salty. For people with health issues, this is a better place because I don’t get sick afterwards. Flavor at the restaurants often comes from cheap oil and salt, and it’s not good for people with digestive issues. The portion is good so that I don’t overeat. Even cheeses are portion controlled. Not taking credit cards is an inconvenience but it also allows me to pay less. I get why they do what they do.Dietary restrictions: Fairly healthy for eating out.“
“Clean little eatery in a business park. I ordered the Reuben and waited while listening to light tunes. Service was friendly and quick! My sandwich was toasted, warm, and tasty. Not much to it. I wish it was thicker/ more filling. Also would be nice if it came with a pickle. I'll def be back to try something else!“
“The only complaint I have is that when I bought 102.00 ham, they didn't tell me I should join the rewards program. I love their sandwiches, their hams, I've never tries their turkey. I also like that if it's not busy and someone is making your sandwich, someone else will ring you up. One word of advice, they no longer give out bags, so if you're buying more than one meal, take one!“
“Frequent customer recently but have been coming here for almost 20 years off and on. Nothing has changed, in a great way (excellent service and delicious breakfast and lunch). Always greeted with a smile!I will drive farther to come here for food that is like it was made at home. It is THE BEST hometown deli. Highly recommend!“
“Just found this place while in Annapolis. Needed to get a quick bite to eat and the Corner Cafe was close by. What a good choice. The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. Large portions and fresh ingredients. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Keep up the good work guys!“
