Maybe a little harsh giving Joy Luck 2 a rating of 3 stars but wasn't happy with my last carryout. I ordered 2 dinners and wasn't told the for a few cents more I could have the "combo" with eggrolls. AND while ample serving size, our Gen Tao and Kung Pao had little sauce. Luckily we cook Chinese and had sauces in fridge. Delicious, well priced food. Great efficient service. Very very yummy food. I got the beef drunken noodles and the beef was very tender and the noodles were perfect. Cannot recommend it enough!

The BEST Chinese spot!! We were craving noodles and ordered lo mein with beef and sigaporian noodles, which have curry flavor, and both exceeded our expectation. There were plenty of ingredients including meat and veggies and the flavor itself was excellent - not too salty, not too sweet but just perfect. Hot & sour soup tasted very fresh, too! And the place is very clean. We will eat here whenever we are in Annapolis.
