The BEST Chinese spot!! We were craving noodles and ordered lo mein with beef and sigaporian noodles, which have curry flavor, and both exceeded our expectation. There were plenty of ingredients including meat and veggies and the flavor itself was excellent - not too salty, not too sweet but just perfect. Hot & sour soup tasted very fresh, too! And the place is very clean. We will eat here whenever we are in Annapolis.

Maybe a little harsh giving Joy Luck 2 a rating of 3 stars but wasn't happy with my last carryout. I ordered 2 dinners and wasn't told the for a few cents more I could have the "combo" with eggrolls. AND while ample serving size, our Gen Tao and Kung Pao had little sauce. Luckily we cook Chinese and had sauces in fridge. We are long-time customers of Joy 2 and hope this criticism will make for a better order next time. Suppose my recommendation to customers is to check your carry-out including opening lid of meal container. Betty-Bill Annapolis.

Delicious, well priced food. Great efficient service. Very very yummy food. I got the beef drunken noodles and the beef was very tender and the noodles were perfect. Cannot recommend it enough!

i just ordered 5 wings and fries twice. they really gave us 2 and a half wings cut. Witch were cut in half to make it look like 5 wings lol. ask for whole wings not wing dings. they did not give us 5 whole wings like it suppose to be. terrible service i will not be wasting my time anymore.

This is an unassuming take-out place in a strip mall, but the food is seriously good. I've only had the basics, but they are way better than your average Chinese take-out. The sauces are actually pungent and flavorful, without being overly sweet and gloopy like many places. Top-notch carry-out.

Terrible service. Ordered take out delivery from DoorDash at 8:00pm. Still waiting at 9:45. Food never came. Not using them again.

Ordered shrimp and broccoli with fried rice and found metal object in rice. Will never order from there again.

Good is always good, hot and fresh every time we order. It hits the spot like our favorite local joints from where we grew up. Hard to pick a favorite and have never been disappointed.

Joy luck 2 has become our go to spot. Ordered at least half a dozen times and every time it has been fresh and flavorful

Been coming here for over 20 years. The food is awful now. The fried rice is just a white as regular rice. No seasoning. Sure miss the original ownersParking: Parking can be tight depending on when you go

We got carry out last night and it was decent, however the dumplings were incredible! The potstickers which had a meaty filling were really impeccable. Maybe we need to venture away from the standard choices, somebody there has an undisclosed talent. Wish I had a picture but we shared an order and mine was gone before the aha moment!

Today is the day that cuisine died. For the past 2 years I have had many ups and downs within my life. The pandemic, a Failed Marriage, Betty White's passing to name a few. Throughout this time their has only been one constant in my life. One recurring experience that would indubitably fill my stomach and I with immense pleasure and happiness. That Light in the World of Darkness was ordering Kung Pao Chicken (w Extra Pao) from Joy Luck 2. I'm unsure what happened. What changed? Did I do enough? Should I have communicated more often? Could I have been more affectionate? Was I the reason that things turned so bad? I asked similar questions when my marriage fell to bits. . This was the first cause of worry to my being. "Huh, a Circular container instead of a Rectangle Container? They really must be swinging for the fences with this new marketing campaign!" Is what I initially thought. But unfortunately the shape of container was not the only thing that changed, The shape of my heart did as well. I am unsure what caused the change in quality and container. But I am sure that it was a change for the worse. The man behind the counter "Jimmy", who used to pick me up with his "Wok Hay" was no longer present. I hope you are doing well. I can only imagine with whatever venture you are pursuing has the same Breath of Life as your cooking did Sir. Your food picked me up when I was down. Your food brought a smile to a stale face when nothing could. The only thing your food could not fix was my blistering marriage, but I do not hold this against you. Your food made me again. No, not your food, YOU. You will be missed. You will be loved. You will be honored. , .
