Do not get the cheesecake for dessert! They get it from an outside source and it arrives frozen. You can tell by how it crumbles. The Graham cracker crust is too thick. Another give away it is round like a Puck.Everything else was great. The creamed spinach and the mashed are plenty for two or three people. The seafood Bisque is excellent.Good pour on my scotch. My wife got a cab save by the glass and thought it was great. The coffee after dinner was strong but very good.
Always the place to go for a steak. Excellent Greek salad and sides to complement. Service is always first rate, five star.

I have been to Lewne's multiple times, and have never been anything but very satisfied. Professional wait staff, a great menu, and an ambience that is upscale without being stuffy. Great location by the Annapolis waterfront and an active bar. Basically, if you go for the house salad, a shrimp cocktail (or the bacon if you are up for it), and either the Rib Eye or New York Strip, you can't go wrong. Others I have dined with have ordered a wide variety of items on the menu, and I heard nothing but compliments.

Lewnes' is one of the top restaurants among many good restaurants in Annapolis, MD. In my opinion, it is the top steakhouse in the county and maybe even in the State. Service is impeccable and the food is top notch. Their oysters Rockefeller as an appetizer is the best version of it I have ever had. I have had Lewnes's filets and sirloin, and they have always been cooked to perfection and were flavorful. A great place to go to and especially for special occasions. We certainly will go back to again. PS. Don't forget to try Lewnes's greek salad. If you like Greek salads, it is amazing.
Had a special occasion dinner with friends and all of the food, drinks, and service were incredible. This remains one of my favorite dining experiences in the Annapolis area and I'm already looking forward to dining here again.

My wife and I went to Lewnes for our 11th anniversary. I can't say enough how great this place is. The service & food are top notch. I got the 16 Oz ribeye, while my wife got the Chilean sea bass. Both entrees were wonderful. I ordered my ribeye medium well. It came out perfect. Crab ball appetizer was delicious. We will be back.
Steaks very good. But Husband has seafood allergy and not one appetizer that's non seafood. Even soup seafood. It's a steak house. No French onion soup. . The fries are like long kettle chips. They need better description than fries... nothing like a French fry. For $11-$14 for a side dish that was disappointing

This place never disappoints. If you are looking for a great meal and drinks, don't waste your time going someplace else. The quality of the food and drinks is superb. Well worth the experience.

What a wonderful steakhouse... The steak was cooked well, the sides were amazing.. Still don't get the nutmeg in the Cream Spinach, but hey each it's own... I spend over 2 hundred on my date night there, but it's def that type of place and well deserved. The atmosphere on point, I love the booth dining area, and low mood lighting... I will be baaaack!

While normally a fantastic dining experience, our latest visit to Lewnes did not meet expectations. We arrived for our reservation time and were met with 10 minute wait in the over crouded bar. We were seated upstairs in a room with many loud parties, including a table of 8 directly next to us who were quite obnoxious. This brought down the atmosphere immensely. The waitress was friendly, however paid us little attention as she mainly focused on the loud party of 8. Steaks were cooked well, sides were not good. We were told the onion rings would be removed from the bill as they were inedible but they were not. Overall not a great visit for a place that normally is fantastic.
