This was one of the best meals I have ever had! We treated ourselves to the pierogies with smoked onion puree, rockfish with miso creamed spaetzle and pickled ginger (are you kidding me!?), bison bolognese was perfect, and the beautiful and delicious tiramisu crepe cake! I have wanted to go here for a while but its always booked or full, I was lucky to walk in and get a bar seat. Collin was our bartender and server, he was great to talk to and was very knowledgeable and attentive. I’m so glad I finally got to experience this place. It was a special meal! Thank you!!

My husband and I were hugely disappointed. We ordered the crispy kale and the kale tasted very strongly of rancid oil. We wanted to split a mushroom sandwich which was served on totally burnt, inedible toasted bread. We scraped the mushrooms off the toast but they still carried a burnt taste having been sitting on the blackened bread.I felt like we should have been compensated (in some way) for the horrible food.Vegetarian options: Burnt mushroom sandwich.

Tables are right on top of each other so you're very close to everyone. Food was really good but they were understaffed so service was slow. Ordered a second beer with my meal and it didn't come out until we were finished and looking for the check. Overall really good but they need more staff, If not fewer tables, so they can service them all in a timely manner.

As always, Preserve blows it out of the water! As a longstanding customer over the past few years, i’m always impressed by Preserve’s service standard (impeccable) and the food (inspired, creative, DELICIOUS menu offerings that rotate!). I’ve planned many milestone dinners in Annapolis, with Preserve always being my go-to restaurant that impresses my guests each time. The latest pierogi dish is amazingly DELICIOUS! (Nearly measures up to my favorite summer corn version from a few seasons ago). Love you guys!!! Michelle & Chef Jeremy are the BEST. We got the smoked fish dip, seasonal pierogies, crispy kale (a classic) to start. And then Pan seared Rockfish, Preserve Burger (?) and the Fish & Chips for our entrees.

Visited a little while ago, so I'm not sure if things have changed. However, I will never forgive ya'll for these reviews on that crispy kale. I am a kale lover and the crispy kale was awful and beyond greasy. Not sure if it was a bad day or what, but I was disgusted. I also got the oysters which laid on a bed of oil, breading just soaking up the oil. At one point, I squeezed it and the oil just dripped down. My food and drink ended up being >$60. The service was the least mediocre part of my visit.
This is normally the kind of place I love, but we were sorely disappointed. I ordered the kombucha that was on tap, but the server gave us the wrong information and so the flavor I got was not what I had ordered and it was terrible. I couldn'tdrink it past a sip. When asked, I explained that it wasn't my taste and then the server took the drink and found out she had made the mistake. She didn't offer to comp it or replace it and then charged me for it. The burger was good except we had to send it back at first because it was very raw. The crispy kale was good and the fish and chips were okay. For the price, I would not return, especially because the service was so poor.

Got here for brunch as soon as they opened and service was fantastic from the start to finish. Every dish and drink that we ordered was delightful. The sweet potato kombucha was unique and outstanding. The kale chips were mind blowing, and from a Polish family with a history of pierogi making, even the pierogies get thumbs up from us.

We got a bunch of appetizers and honestly the way the menu was changed it wasn't the best. We really love the food here but all the apps were greasy and thick with mayonnaise. I hope they change the recipes some in the next months because there food is normally delicious. Will be back to give it another go.
