They tried to charge me $1.00 for a cup of water.That’s not Starbucks policy. They are pocketing the money that they are charging people for cups of ice water. That should be free! I go to Starbucks on a daily basis and have never experienced this until visiting the Starbucks in Annaplois mall.
50% of the time they make my drinks and co-worker’s wrong, there’s no other coffee place in that side of the mall so it’s disappointing. I order from here often because I work in the mall, please train ur employees better

I'm a Instacart Shopper. They place orders for 30+ gallons of milk and never tip. That means the shopper who accepts the order gets paid $5 to $7. If we cancel, it goes against our ratings and completion percentages. The orders are placed by a MohammadRaihan1177.Ridiculous.
