I'm a Instacart Shopper. They place orders for 30+ gallons of milk and never tip. That means the shopper who accepts the order gets paid $5 to $7. If we cancel, it goes against our ratings and completion percentages. The orders are placed by a MohammadRaihan1177.Ridiculous.

They tried to charge me $1.00 for a cup of water.That’s not Starbucks policy. They are pocketing the money that they are charging people for cups of ice water. That should be free! I go to Starbucks on a daily basis and have never experienced this until visiting the Starbucks in Annaplois mall.

I am trying redeem my 40%starsbuck promotion today in Annapolis Westfield mall, starsbuck. But The man work today said , they are not accept it . They are not in this promotion. And I leave . I use promotion through my app. I find out this store , it available. The man so bad , I don’t want sue him, hope he can be a normal man . does he trick for me? . Can you believe I was charged $1.06 for a small cup of plain hot water? Never ever in any Starbucks, I was asked to pay for hot water.. so unbelievable!

Terrible. I placed a mobile order and I arrived and the drink still wasn’t ready. I watched how ever one else after me keep getting their drinks and I wasn’t getting mine. It wasn’t until I told them that they started to make it. It took 20 minutes to make my drink. Unbelievable.

What is it with young kids everywhere who have absolutely ZERO skills and ZERO customer service and ZERO respect? This younger generation is horrible in all aspects of working abilities! This Starbucks inside the Annapolis Mall had 4 - 20ish employees. Horrible service. Horrible Peppermint Mocha. And such a lack pf respect for their customers!!! I don't know why I wasted my time coming back to this Starbucks when I already knew that it's dreadful service here?! STAY AWAY from the Annapolis Mall Starbucks❗️

This "Francise" location is the worst Starbucks I have ever been in. LONG line of people waiting for orders. Orders were then incorrect. People were visibly and vocally upset with the failure of traditional service at a Starbucks. I also witnessed and heard a female and male staff member whining and blaming each other for the orders being served incorrectly and late to customers. Then, the final nail in the coffin of this miserable coffee shop, is when I asked for a simple cup of water. This was the first location that CHARGED ME FOR WATER! 90 Degree weather in August, high humidity, and this is how this "Francise" treats its customers. The server kept saying they are a "Francise ", as if this excuses their reprehensible sales, company policy. STARBUCKS SHOULD STRIP THIS FRANCISE OF THE LICENSE TO USE THIER NAME AND PRODUCTS. AWFUL REPRESENTATION OF A STARBUCKS LOCATION!! I RECOMMEND YOU NOT SUPPORT THIS "FRANCISE "!!!

Ordered a coffee this morning through the app, when I went to check out the app glitched and wouldn’t let me apply a promo code for BOGO drinks. Talked with the manager when I got there and he said sorry there’s nothing I can do next time order in store and I can fix it.Why use the app to order ahead if they can’t help in store?Poor customer service
