Person at the counter didn’t acknowledge me for like 5 minutes. Then they refused to use my gift card for no reason and then charged me (without telling me) for swapping an item (which was free on the kiosk) and when I brought it back they refused to refund me. You also need a code to use the bathroom which is ridiculous (this isn’t time square). Overall some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.

The staff were very friendly, we were cracking jokes, good is the regular Taco Bell thing, Atmosphere is a tricky question, the place was empty however cleaner than the usual fast food store, adequate lighting.

Worst Service ever, I ordered a few tacos and a drink through the drive thru I paid the worked dropped my card on the floor, she handed me my drink and closed the window I was waiting for my tacos and then she said with an attitude excuse do u need anything ? I was stunned because she didn't give me my tacos and then she realized and didn't even apologize, the food was cold and stale it was terrible please never eat here worse service ever and it made me sick to my stomach.

I recently decided to give Taco Bell another chance by placing a DoorDash order for one of their Craving Boxes. Little did I know that this would turn out to be a colossal waste of both my time and money. The experience was nothing short of a disaster, with cold, hard, and inedible food, along with a missing item that was supposed to be included in the order.Let's start with the main issue: the quality of the food. When my order arrived only 20 minutes after I placed the order, I was horrified to discover that everything was stone-cold. The tacos were not only cold but also hard and stale. It was as if they had been prepared hours before and left to sit out before being carelessly packed up for delivery. It's unacceptable to serve customers food that is so clearly unappetizing and clearly lacking any semblance of freshness.To add insult to injury, Taco Bell managed to forget one of the key components of the Cravings Box—the Beefy 5-Layer Burrito. Not only was the food of low quality, but they couldn't even get the order right. It's beyond frustrating to pay for a specific meal and receive a fraction of what was promised. I was left feeling cheated and disappointed.This entire experience was a letdown, and I would strongly advise against eating at this Taco Bell. Their lack of attention to detail, quality control, and basic customer satisfaction is disheartening. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by opting for a different fast food option that values their customers' experience and takes pride in providing quality food.Taco Bell on West St in Annapolis, it's time to step up your game and take responsibility for the poor quality of your food. Customers should be able to expect a consistent and enjoyable experience regardless of how they choose to dine. Sadly, my encounter with Taco Bell has left me with a sour taste in my mouth and a desire to never order from this location again.I'd much rather travel 15 minutes away to the Taco Bell in Edgewater next time.

Tonight we placed two mobile orders and after picking them up and taking them home, saw they gave us someone else’s order for one of them. No big deal, stuff happens. We took back the wrong order and they demanded our receipt before they would give us our actual order (because the food we were giving back to them wasn’t enough proof we weren’t trying to steal from them I guess). The whole time he was yelling at us to give him a receipt or he wasn’t giving us our food. It was a mobile order, so obviously we didn’t have a receipt to hand him, so we had to show him our phone screen so they would give us our food. When we checked the bag before leaving, we saw they had also messed up that order and gave us two wrong items. So after that got fixed we went home to eat dinner and saw they not only gave us the wrong taco and wrong burrito, the burrito they did give to us they burned the heck out of and it was charred black on all sides. Needless to say this is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. I am not a Karen and I do not leave bad reviews, but this was just ridiculous.
