The staff were very friendly, we were cracking jokes, good is the regular Taco Bell thing, Atmosphere is a tricky question, the place was empty however cleaner than the usual fast food store, adequate lighting.
Once you’re in the line, you’re stuck! They block the drive thru line so you can’t leave after you have placed your order. I was waiting for over 30 min just to get out of here!

Person at the counter didn’t acknowledge me for like 5 minutes. Then they refused to use my gift card for no reason and then charged me (without telling me) for swapping an item (which was free on the kiosk) and when I brought it back they refused to refund me. You also need a code to use the bathroom which is ridiculous (this isn’t time square). Overall some of the worst customer service I have ever seen.
