Bubble tea is great but service is very inconsistent. Often staff don’t acknowledge you when you enter or fail to offer to take your order. On one occasion the staff working was fast asleep on the counter at 4pm. The sitting area is often dirty.

Drinks are always a hit or miss, especially the matcha. There's times when it all tastes perfectly fine and good, and others where the matcha just taste like fish. Understaffed at peak hours (only 1 worker), and when it's multiple, they seem to just mess around to the point where 1 worker knocked over an item from the counter and hit my partner. When ordering, only order at the counter because they also don't seem to like telling people that the kiosk isn't working properly or showing orders on their side until you've paid and waited 20 plus minutes. I've been promised discounts for a couple of in store inconveniences multiple times, which never happened, I would've been better off with just an apology

I just want to start off by saying this shop is great overall. The staff is polite, quick, and efficient. You can go with friends and play games while sipping your boba or while you wait for your order. It is a nice experience. However, every time I go I have realized they fill their cups up with boba for free which is another pro. But on top of the boba you get a cup full of ice making it hard to enjoy every sip of whatever toppings you got due to the overload of ice so when all the liquid is gone you have lots of boba at the bottom but the ice is in the way so u kinda have to work for the boba ??. Of course you can ask for less or no ice but this is the only shop that uses a ton of ice in their teas. The ice also takes away from the flavor of the beverage by watering it down. They have the potential to be the perfect boba place if they lessen the standard amount of ice in each cup. The atmosphere is great, the customer service is great, and the snacks they offer is great. But again the beverage quality could be that much better if they put less ice.
