drive thru sucks cashiers be lying over the counter doing nothing but chattering as if i had their time to be waiting for them. you'll really need to improve customer service dine in or drive thru needs better

I knew there was a reason why I stopped going to this location because years ago the food was awful, so I thought that maybe after a couple years they got better, but NOOOO! I went there to get a jr. whopper and onion rings, well, it looked like somebody made that burger with one hand tied behind their back and a blindfold on, it was soooo messy I couldn’t believe it! The onion rings were cold and greasy, so now I know I will never go back there again. I realize you don’t need a college education to work there but common sense goes a long way! How hard is it to put a burger together? ?

Had to abandon my food and leave in order to deliver the milkshake to my mom before it melted - can’t believe they would serve the milkshake before dropping the chicken patty - did not serve my ice tea either - lost money and time - won’t be back to this
