So last week they forgot my sandwich. I didn’t go back to pick the sandwich up due to noticing when I got inside my house with my kids. Today they forgot a bowl. I can let forgetting some of this sauce go. But not the actual entree. ?To be honest this used to be my favorite location for the 5 years I lived here. The first C-F-A that I went to that was slow service. Appeared intentionally slow with the outside order emplyees. They were not guiding the lanes to split up and move up appropriately. I saw no leadership or guidance from a supervisor who should have seen this.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and the service has always been stellar. The gentleman who is the host is a one of a kind man. He is always was nice and welcoming when u enter the establishment. He should have his own class on how to have the best customer service.
