This place has gone downhill ever since they hired kids who don’t value their job. They are constantly playing around in the drive through, not paying attention and forgetting various items or condiments. This is the worst chick fil a I go to.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and the service has always been stellar. The gentleman who is the host is a one of a kind man. He is always was nice and welcoming when u enter the establishment. He should have his own class on how to have the best customer service.

Overall, worst experience I’ve ever had at Chick-fil-A in my life we went through the drive-through and had two separate orders. My friend ordered at the drive-through and I had a mobile order. We let them know, and we did about 10 minutes to get to the window. my friend was given her food right away. They said I had to wait for mine. All I got was a five count kids meal. We proceeded to wait another 20 minutes they told us that they never received it or they didn’t see it in time, and I have to go back around the drive-through, even though I had on my screen that they received the It is not my fault that they didn’t make it once we left and I canceled my order because I wasn’t waiting another 30 minutes I called the manager he did not fix the problem. He did not care about the problem and basically told me oh I’ll talk to my staff . WASTE OF MY TIME now I have to go to work with no food . Considering I worked for Chick-fil-A for almost 5 years, I’ve never experienced this terrible of service in my life I would never return to this chick fil a

So last week they forgot my sandwich. I didn’t go back to pick the sandwich up due to noticing when I got inside my house with my kids. Today they forgot a bowl. I can let forgetting some of this sauce go. But not the actual entree. ?To be honest this used to be my favorite location for the 5 years I lived here. I don’t know if they are starting to rush so much they forget items. But we don’t work for free either. I guess I will start having to drive a little farther to the next closest location ?

I don't ever write negative reviews but how I was treated yesterday took the cake. I asked for an ice cream cup with a kids meal and they didn't give it to us. I told them it was missing and they said it's in the bag. I showed her the bag and she said..."I just saw her put it in the bag"...and proceeds to take my bag back over to the window and says loud enough for us to hear multiple times..."I just watched you put it in the bag"..so instead of just saying I'm sorry I made a mistake and giving the ice cream you accused me of lieing about a free ice cream cup. It's not about the ice cream, obviously, it's about how you treat customers. Shameful. Get it together.
