I have been ordering from Chinatown Express for several years now. I love their shrimp toast, The food is usually prepared as requested. Since chinese food if prepared to order I have never found it a problem to request no mushrooms or bamboo shoots. However, the meal last night had mushrooms all through the Shrimp with snow peas. Maybe it was an off night. Maybe a new cook. I may give them another chance. Time will tell.
