Check the prices! I went into after getting to the hotel from a day of flying. I ordered a small coffee and got an Arizona green tea from the cooler. Much to my surprise my total came to $13. My small coffee was too only $4 which means they charged me $9 for the tea which is normally $2 in the store. Don't get me wrong I am only giving them 3 stars for the over pricing of the tea. I know it's downtown Baltimore, but insane prices on food items. The service was great and very fast. But, the coffee was subpar and not worth it. The location in the hotel lobby is convient and has an airy vibe; however not enough to make me try them again.

The trick is to go during off hours not during check-in/out times or convention break time. Mobs make service difficult anywhere. My service today at 1 PM was quick and Trinity was both courteous and professional. Latte was about on a par with SBUCS but the lobby environment was much more expansive and pleasant.
