“Dunkin' has a convenient small shop at the corner of Monument and Washington Streets, located just where I needed an afternoon treat after a long meeting. Service was prompt and friendly. I got two everything bagels for breakfast and a purple glazed donuts and large iced coffee for the ride home.“
“Been in the Mt Vernon area for 3 years now. I used to get Dunkin here once or twice a week, then cut it down to probably once a month now. But every time I've come by this Dunkin spot, there's been one employee working hard on weeknights. It's been a while since I've been by, so I forget his name, but he's been extremely kind and considerate to everyone that comes through. I know there are more employees because I've stopped by on Sundays, but during the week, and sometimes Saturdays, he's been the only employee. PLEASE, either hire another person or just give the guy a major raise! He holds down the fort and provides great, quick service despite being one person. When I came by this evening he handled a line of 5 deftly. He deserves much more credit and support!“

My daughter has a bad habit of trying to put her feet up on the dashboard of my car, which I rebuke vigorously every time. This time she almost knocked the speaker off the interior next to the side view mirror. Needless to say this almost became a problem.
In the end, Almond spice coffee to the rescue. This seasonal blend of delicate herbs and spices will soothe even the most cantankerous father. This Dunkin also has a some sort of bug catcher for a full view of which I had to stand on a chair.
Parking: Parking is when you stop your car and get out“
“I’m really impressed with the speed this Dunkin’ operates! I can place my cold brew order and by the time I walk in it’s ready, LOVE IT.
As a Dunkin fanatic, It’s really disappointing how some Dunkin’s make watered-down espresso, half brewed cold brew, or sell iced coffee as cold brew. This location always has great tasting cold brew and I’m just hoping it stays that way!
Parking: The Harris Tester parking garage is one left away from the Dunkin. Depending on your spot it’s a 1 minute walk. I also see people temporarily park behind the building and bank lane (I don’t think this is encouraged) Always plenty of well lit parking. If you want to park closer there is paid street parking.“

I visit this location quite often and they always make my coffee drinks very well. On a recent Monday they had their doors locked and were only allowing for drive through orders. I ordered ahead on the mobile app using points. When I arrived at the store the drive through line was out to the street and I couldn't access the inside or get in the drive through line. Therefore I couldn't get my order and I had to go to work. I called the store after work and explained. The still had my drink there and told me that I could come the next day and they would make it for me again. I appreciate this bc running a business is not about never making a mistake but also being willing to make it right bc you value your customers. Today I got my free drink and it is sooo yummy :) Thank you Dunkin!“
“Visited this classic Dunkin with my daughter before school one Monday in February 2025. The coffee was great, the location was clean, and the staff was friendly. My only sadness is that the inside seating has been removed, suggesting a trend away from embracing the role as a gathering place in it community.“

“The only Gripe i have about this particular Dunkin is that The Lobby has been Out Of Order for nearly 2 Months Now. Since i have made this My New Local Dunkin Location i literally have to stand in The Drivethrough to order. And it becomes a bit of a hassle because i have to hop in front of cars just to get to the window and that can be dangerous for me. So please do something about getting The Lobby up and running other than that I Love this Dunkin My Iced Coffee is always A Perfect 10/10 every single time. The Customer Service is always A Perfect 10/10 and The Atmosphere is always A Perfect 10/10 so like i said my only Gripe is The Lobby.“

“I have low expectations w/DD because they’re never consistent with coffee/food order. But I really needed a coffee this am. I tried the closest location to me. It was no surprise w/my coffee or Avocado Toast w/bacon (never tastes warm either). But the parking lot was very clean for its location and the drive through was extremely friendly and fast!“
“For the record, you can get access to this Dunkin without being a tenant. We drove up, asked to be let in for the purpose of visiting the Dunkin, parked and walked in.
My daughter and I have been visiting the various Dunkins in Baltimore City and found this one to be exceptional!
Parking: We had to get through an access gate. Over the intercom we just asked for visitor access to go to the Dunkin. We were able to then Park in free parking.“

“Good coffee! I visited this DD with my daughter on a cool Monday morning in March. We had a long trip ahead and we needed refreshment. I ordered a hot coffee, and she ordered an iced coffee, scorning the waning winter. Ahhh sweet coffee, sweet morning, sweet day. The Dunkin, like the others and more than some, delivered.“
“The new lady they have working the register is rude and does not listen when taking your order. When you change your order make sure you have her repeat it. When they go to make it and it's wrong it's her fault. She acts like someone owes her something, she's not friendly, welcoming nor does she smile and she always has a long line. With her not at the register they get 5 stars.“

“This location has dramatically improved over the past couple of years! Big fan of the staff they are always friendly and kind which is sort of unusual in a DD. Occasionally the drive through line backs up out into the street which can be inconvenient but not their fault.“
“The service in the early morning when first opened up the employees are fast they have my coffee ready before I order it so I don't have to wait around and they know what I want to order but when it hits around 11;00am then when the other employees come in to work it's like they are lost like they don't know what they are doing and it takes like 10 minutes to get my coffee and that's not good“

“Let me start off saying I absolutely loved that this location in is my neighborhood!! I’ve been here many times, usually early in the am before work. My only issue is that I wish this location would step its game up a little. Maybe more Dunkin merchandise and more donut designs not just the basic donuts all the time. I’ve been to other locations and I’ve seen donuts made as spiders, ninja turtles, rainbows etc… step it up a little…. But besides that, I love it“

“I visited this Dunkin this morning with my daughter, who is nearing the end of the school year. How amazed we were to see a donut flavored coffee!! With what trepidation did we order this unknown beverage! What would it be like? Good or bad? And where do new flavors COME FROM? Having ordered on the app from the car, we walked in (though, with a convenient drive thru available, this wasn't strictly necessary, and perhaps if it had been raining we wouldn't have bothered) and, lo and behold, a lovely sitting area. “This location is usually busy during mornings.My order, placed via the Dunkin' app, was incomplete, but I didn't realize it until I got back home. I called to inform them about the mistake. The manager, I believe, was kind, apologetic and offered to resolve the matter whenever I stopped in again. Instead I chose to call customer service to request a refund for the item not included in my order. The resolution took a chat session, two phone calls and a month to be realized!“
“This location on Pulaski Hwy and Dundulk Ave are the two most frequently places that I go for my Coffee/ Donut run.The ladies are great and friendly no matter the rush they always will greet you and make sure your order is correct and stay professional.“

“I always enjoy there coffee and I hardly ever buy coffee out, but theirs is always fresh and I actually like the taste of it. I have even bought it at the supermarket. The donuts are also very fresh. I don't have anything spectacular to say about the staff, but I don't have anything negative to say either. They are efficient at their jobs but not especially friendly.“

“Dundalk’s Dunkin is the best!!!!! When you get great service the rest just comes with it! My favorite Dunkin. I live in Crofton where there are 3 Dunkins and none of them hold a candle to this one. Love the Pink cold drink for Valentine’s Day, the donuts fresh- try the toasted coconut or sour cream! “First time I showed up at a Dunkin Donuts and they had the donuts were actually wanted! The past few months, even if we go in the morning, the donuts we want are ALWAYS sold out (& it's frustrating when u order delivery & they don't call u to see what substitutes u want if they donuts u order are all sold out... they just grab random ones that they have instead of getting in touch to confirm what we'd like to substitute & usually it's the ones that no one likes & I'm stuck with donuts that none of us like!!), but we got every single one we wanted when we went yesterday, about an hour b4 they closed. I was VERY pleased that they still had a decent selection & the young lady who helped us was extremely sweet, helpful & upbeat! Just moved here recently, but so happy with this D&D so far!!!“

“Honestly one of the better Dunkin iced coffees I’ve had. Super fresh and cold. All of these bad reviews are obviously from people who expect way too much ? it’s one of the smallest Dunkins in the world, in a train station in Baltimore. It’s not that deep. Get your coffee and move “
“I appreciate how effectively the manager handles situations whenever I visit (not directly with me, haha). Overall, all the employees at this Dunkin' location do a great job! My English muffin with sausage is always excellent; however, I do not recommend the salty hash browns with bacon and cheese. :p“
