They close up at least 20 minutes before they’re supposed to. You want to get there early or they just look at you through locked doors

The first Häggen-Dazs store I have ever visited!! Getting my Dulce de Leche and strawberries fresh at the store was an experience!!! Seating outdoor for a late evening sundown ice cream run made it fun to people watch while enjoying my favorite ice creams from Häggen Dazs

Love the ice cream, but they were soooo backed up on a Monday night with only 2 people serving it was ridiculous. I waited in line for 30 mins. I just got a birthday cake, and both guys went in the back and took 10 mins just to put it in a box! Never again
Good ice cream. However the shakes are terrible . I think these shops should have some eclectic flavors too , which they don't always.

This place has good sorbet and customer service. One star off for pricing, a scoop of sorbet in a cup should be less than $5, c'mon son.

Stopped in to have a shake while shopping in the harbor east area. There was not much of a line and the service was prompt and accurate. I had the cookies and cream shake and it tasted very good. High quality ingredients and fresh taste. The prices are fairly normal for the area, about $5-$6 for a medium shake. My only complaint, which is somewhat true for all ice cream shops is that there is a humid smell. I will be coming back again
