The pub and restaurant is still one of the original places to go and still get that feel with a comfortable dining experience with good Irish food and drinks. I'll keep going back for the shepherd's pie. When it was closed for a couple years after COVID and then it came back.It got even better and more enjoyable to go there. We will continue to go back and enjoy our meals at the James Joyce Irish pub.
Excellent restaurant. Not too expensive. Food is very good to outstanding. Abigail is a great server. Taj is also excellent. Shepherd's pie is Lamb, so that's different. Scotch egg is amazing. Brown bread is tasty. Cocktails are fun. Chocolate pudding dessert is incredible.

Wednesday afternoon we stopped in to James Joyce for a drink and met Chris the bartender. He was friendly, talkative and entertaining which made us return on Thursday evening for a fun night of live music and friendly locals. That’s when we met “THE” manager Lateshia!
