I had some Mac and cheese from there recently and it was disappointing. They must be watching YouTube videos of people making Mac and cheese with a roux or something because now their mac is runny. I don't know if it's just this place or if all of them have changed. I wish they would go back to when their mac really showed a cheese pull. Popeyes mac is better than their's now.
The chicken was fresh but fried just a little too hard just for me. The owner was very friendly and polite. They were very fast but the side orders are slipping the Mac n Cheese noodles were over boiled and watery and there wasn't any flavor at all nor was it baked like it used to be and the sweet potatoes were way too sweet, it's obvious whoever they used to partner with for the side orders isn't the same any more. Although I was satisfied with food that I ordered, they should also focus on the cleanliness outside of the store on the parking lot. The area around the dumpster had plenty of trash on the ground which I'm sure is drawing unwanted animals. Make the area more presentable.
