To be straightforward they’re not welcoming to Black people completely disgusting and ignorant. That’s the vibe that you get. march 5, 2024 6-8pm the female server had a nasty stuck up attitude. The male server played as if he couldn’t understand English they added a 18% tip to my bill not gratuity pathetic that your employees are stealing from your customers. I won’t be coming back and I’ll make sure I spread the word to anyone and everyone about the behavior at this establishment

My son and I ordered the kimchi jigae and the dwaeji kalbi. I was fairly impressed with the kimchi jigae until I noticed there was just 2 small pieces of pork in it. I'm Korean, so I know that there should be pork in it and definitely not 2 tiny pieces of it. The dwaeji kalbi threw me for a loop too. Usually this is spicy, but I can't even describe the sauce or flavor. Plus there was literally 1 bone in all the meat on the plate. Dwaeji galbi is pork ribs, so bones should have been in all the pieces of pork not just 1 piece. And I was shocked that I paid more than expected. I ordered lunch on a Saturday. I thought my bill was going to be just under $30.00, but it was $36.00. When I looked at the menu I saw the lunch prices and that is what I assumed to pay. I didn't want to make a huge deal so I let it go. But when I got home, I called and asked about the total. According to the young lady who answered, on the weekends, they charge dinner prices. And it's somewhere on the menu. I'm sorry I'm not going to read every single thing on a menu. And if on the weekends they charge only dinner prices, you should tell customers that upfront when they are deciding what to order. I don't get why they can't make a weekend menu up. I guess the owner is too cheap to spend money on menus that show correct pricing on the weekends. Is it that hard and costly to print a menu and laminate it? It just makes sense to do that. You can't expect a customer to read everything on the menu.

Went there with my wife on a Tuesday evening at 5:30 intending to get the tabletop meat grill. Once we were seated, we looked over the menu and since we are pretty spontaneous we decided to order off the ala carte menu. They brought us a bunch of little dishes with pickled vegetables. We ordered seaweed salad, seafood pancake, hot bibbimbap, chicken bulgogi, a spicy soup with beef and soft tofu. It was all so delicious. To drink we had hot barley tea. We will return.

Probably the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I don’t normally write reviews but people need to be warned about this place…Went here on a Friday night with a party of 7 and immediately got worried upon seeing that we were the only group in there. We all got the Premium AYCE at around 52 dollars per person. It’s clear they don’t get much business these days, so when a group of 7 people come in saying they want to get the premium AYCE I’m sure they saw that as a great opportunity to make as much money as possible. When the first round of meat came, it was partially cooked, grey, and had pre-made grill marks. It wasn’t partially cooked that day, no, it was clearly cooked, then put in the fridge or freezer, and then thawed out and brought to our table…I don’t go to Korean bbq that often, but I’m pretty sure the meats are supposed to be red and fresh, uncooked until it hits the grill. Then came the issue of not having enough food. With a party of 7, we really should have been split up amongst two grills, rather than all of us sharing one. Obviously a money saving tactic, but I was there with new friends and didn’t want to make things awkward for everyone. When they brought shrimp out, we only got two per person. Another member of my party complained about this and when they brought out more, they forgot to butterfly and devein the shrimp. If that wasn’t bad enough, the waiter left it cooking for long enough for black burn marks to appear on the shells, which were so stuck on the meat from overcooking that peeling the shells off was a nearly impossible mess of a task.At the beginning of the meal, the waiter told us that once we have one of everything from the premium menu within 90 minutes, we are then able to choose from the classic menu. By the time we got to that point of the meal however, the waiter came to check on us less and less. Then eventually he TURNED OUR GRILL OFF WITHOUT TELLING US. This absolutely appalled me. The rest of the party I was with just threw in the towel and asked for the check.I went home still hungry and made a package of frozen ravioli after paying 62 dollars for an ALL YOU CAN EAT MEAL. Again, worst restaurant experience I have ever been a part of. I will never be going back to this place and it is clear they are willing to cut as many corners as they possibly can.

Food, service, and atmosphere are all amazing! Only concern is the pricing, they charge $36+ PP for the grill. Two people dining here could easily cost $100+.They do offer a 10% discount if you pay with cash however, so that’s nice. And tip is already included in your bill, also a plus.Parking: Many spots available nearby to park.Kid-friendliness: They do offer a 50% discount for kids. 7-11

We went there for barbecue but it was awful.Meats were definitely not fresh. I felt SICK after the first taste of the pork belly and beef brisket. Especially the pork was EXTREMELY PORKY.We asked not to serve the rest of the barbecue set (at least 70% of the food hadn’t been served) and a refund. And the manager REFUSED THE REFUND and said THEY DID NOTHING WRONG!!!Unreasonable and indeed money-hungry.We left with hungry and sick stomach and only 30% “discount” on the bill after asking multiple times. Will definitely not go there again and trust me, please choose other restaurants if you see this review.

The food was good it self it was just how we were given the food, when we were given the food... it was frozen. So we had to wait for it to thaw and that was like 20 min and then they rarely came to check if you needed anything and you may be like oh maybe they were really busy no! There was no one in there but the noise level was good since no one was in there. So we cooked the food and all that and the next day I get food poisoning, most likely because the food was frozen, and it looked cooked. So I will not be coming back.
