Being a gringa I can't reliably say if the foot is truly authentic, although the 1st language spoken by 80% of the diners suggests it is. I can reliably say it's delicious. The birria tacos are their signature & are amazing. And the al pastor, lengua & carnitas are fantastic as well. I bought a free chilaquiles and ...OMG this was by far one of the best tasting chilaquiles I’ve had. It was to the level of how my mom makes and and my mom makes the best in the world. The rice was flavor and tasted really good, the beans had flavor and tasted good . I HIGHLY recommend this place!
