A friend and I went for Brunch Food was fresh and tasty. The portion for brunch was plenty. Loved the complimentary chips and salsa. We sat at the bar. The bartender was very helpful and friendly. We liked the separation of the dining room from the bar. I went back for dinner and got the Hard Shell ground beef tacos to go. Wish it came with 3 tacos instead of two. Ordered the side of rice and beans in town. Can't wait to go back!
We love Papi's in Towson and in Hampden, but this location is so much closer to our house. We have been anticipating it's opening for a while and the food and service did NOT disappoint! Husband had a skinnyrita and I had a Paloma, both super good. We usually get 3 sets of 2 tacos and split it but since it was Taco Tuesday they gave us 3 for each selection. Food is really good. I have a food allergy (cow's milk), and Papi's has managed to get my food right and still have it be tasty every time. Carry-out options = yes. You can eat there, too. The seating and atmosphere is swank casual. Dig it.. It's close to other cool stuff, vintage clothing store, Zeke's coffee shop, Wax Atlas record shop, and Micky's Joint for a cocktail, so make a night of it.Dietary restrictions: The kitchen can amend any dish. They're definitely adept at dairy-free.
