This restaurant is a great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner! Just had their spaghetti and meat sauce...yum! I get breakfast there every day I come to work in the city. Friendly staff, quick service and food is always hot! Definitely a place to choose!

I have lived down the street from this wonderful family restaurant for 35 years. They were here when I moved in and they have been serving me delicious food and saving me when my fridge is empty for years. The food is exactly what I want from a Greek diner. Comforting, tasty and.plentiful. They have all the classic American diner dishes, but the Greek specialties are an added treat, with homemade rice pudding and baklava along with gyros and souvlaki being my favorites. I love their Greek salad with gyro meat on it. But, they are also the best neighbors imaginable. They check on me if they haven’t seen me in a while. And they would do anything they could to help us out. I have witnessed so many acts of kindness and generosity by both the twin fathers who originally owned the restaurant and now the daughters who are keeping this family tradition alive and flourishing. If you are in the area, please treat yourself and try this restaurant.

I would like to comment about the omelettes. While I am always tempted by the other menu items at Penn and Pratt Restaurant, the omelette is my go-to meal. I love the omelettes, and I usually take half home because they are hefty and a great leftover food. With home fries, and wheat toast this is perfect for days that are too hectic and I need a quick fix. Plus, I love seeing the family that runs the place - they are great people who treat everyone with warmth, care and decency. Great place to meet up with friends.

Slow service and miserable food. It took them over half an hour to make a basic takeout order, two omelettes and some French toast. The place was not busy. The omelettes were broken up into pieces like burnt scrambled eggs, and the French toast tasted like onions—they didn’t clean their griddle. The home fries were mushy instead of crispy. I’ve never been to a diner that can’t do basic breakfast staples well, but these guys failed on all fronts.

My husband and I found this place while staying in baltimore during our daughters nicu stay. The food is great but the family that owns this place is even better. We are so thankful that we found them!

Very friendly but the food isn’t nearly worth the prices. The cold cut was $10 and had more bread, onions and tomatoes than actual meat.. the sandwich was made very sloppy.. would have been better off ordering from Jimmy Johns.. the breakfast sandwiches are the same.. very thin. Food is not filling at all.

I was so disappointed when I ordered the buffalo wings at this restaurant. I paid almost $14.00 for them with no side and they were extremely small in size and seemed like they weren’t even freshly cooked.

Great breakfast! This was the only place we could find outside the hotel that was serving breakfast on Sunday morning. Planning to come back for lunch or dinner someday.

I love the family that runs this place. They are so friendly and gracious! I really enjoy certain lunch items from here. My go tos are the tuna or shrimp salad on a pita and I love the onion rings!
