Recently visited on my husband birthday and my grandson birthday, both locations , one at inner harbor Baltimore and Towson Md. To my surprise both were great! Delicious food and the different flavors of cheese cakes were amazing!! Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Front male hostess lacked complete professionalism. His lack luster attitude demands he NOT greet potential customers. Not even sure if he CAN speak or just untraiined?rude? overworked? Either way not suitable for customer contact. Get him out of there!!

So disappointed! The Chesecake Factory is always my favorite so we of course had to go while in Baltimore, MD. The service alone was AWFUL! Our waitress checked on us once. Our food was so cold, took forever to come out. It wasn’t very busy and we had to actually ask for a box from another staff member because our waitress had been gone for +20 minutes at this point. She then came and asked if we needed the check and said “ok one check, sounds good”… she didn’t even give us a second to answer her even though we wanted the check split. When she comes back with one check we ask her to split it since she didn’t listen the first time and she definitely was not happy with us for asking. Overall the food, service and management we spoke to about our service was not like any other Cheesecake Factory I’ve been to! It’s always been stellar. If you’re in Baltimore, I would skip! There’s plenty of other good options.

How hard is it to read a receipt and place it in a bag but it seems like they always forget something, missing my gumbo so I have to reorder and pay delivery fee again

This place offers high quality food and an awesome services, but the food takes a little longer than average. It seems like it is the standard in Baltimore. Other than that, is definitely a 4.5 stars. Located in a very beautiful and clean area. Plenty of seats and they will accommodate you as quick as possible. Our server was pregnant, but she was on top of her game. I would recommend this places if you are visiting this area.

1st time visiting this location and the experience was horrible!!!! Host ask my waiter to clean off my table because she was helping other guest he took over 20 mins to do so he was just walking around with a towel in his hand so the host help seat us got to the table and guess what table was filthy!!!! She cleaned the table and left waiter took 20 mins to come and greet us then another 20 mins to bring drinks of water!!! Food was horrible!!!! Potstickers were soggy a the sauce it was in tasted like pure vinegar! Burgers lacked quality and Louisiana chicken pasta was ok but lacked flavor Mr Twon should work on his customer service skills and also be a team player as well !!! Kudos to the host at the front desk that night for making sure the table got clean even though she was doing 3 different things at the same time!!!! But unfortunately I will not be returning to this establishment!!!!
