I usually go to the cheesecake factory near the harbor on Pratt Street, I went there on April 7, 2024 at 6:30 pm. I had a problem with my meal the cranberry drink had no ice and half full, the waitress forgot my fries and the mashed potatoes I ask for gravy but no gray on my mashed potatoes.
Loved the food like always at TCF but this location has been very crowded our last two visits and therefore a louder and almost chaotic feeling atmosphere. On top of the restaurants music and general guest chatter, you would also hear a new dish being broken in the kitchen or dining area every 20 minutes or so.
