We felt compelled to go here to honor a friend who has frequented this place in past visits. Sort of a cross between stuffy English pub and a New Orleans “locals” style bar. They have an interesting selection of beers - if you can’t decide just ask for a taster. Beer is fresh (lines are clean). And there’s some pub food too. Be patient - your bartender is also your cook so it might take a minute. We had a garden wrap and some poppers. Both served hot, flavor was good, accompanied the beers well.

Just stopped in after a show on the pier. This place has the best feeling of almost any pub I've ever been in. Nautical themes abound. Old cozy feel. Friendly staff. I'm absolutely coming back the next time I'm in town.

Quiet off the busy path Bar/ Restaurant. Just offering bar food. Nice place to stop off & have a Cold beer & something to munch on. Stop on in and check it out. Friendly Staff.

Outstanding! Best fish and chips with hard to find selection of cask ales.

This is a chill, low frills pub with a history and beautiful outdoor seating surrounded by flower boxes. The food we sampled was an excellent selection of local fish served British fish and chips style. The bartenders and bouncers were friendly and happy to help. Bar area sports mugs with patron's names, drinks and food are very reasonably priced. If you don't want to choke on the yuppies of Fell's Point but you want to enjoy the area, this is for you.

Great service, tasty beverages, and good bar food. They have choices that are just slightly out of the norm, and the pizza is quite good!

Fun decor and atmosphere - kinda like being below decks on an old wood ship. Great selection of fresh beers on tap; don't bother with the cocktails.

Their online menu is not working and they refuse phone orders (with an attitude). Orders are made at the bar - English pub style. The food quality is nothing to write home about. As a pub it's more about the company you bring with you and less about the food anyway. They do have a Mug Club if you're going to become a regular. There's outdoor seating which is cute, they are making use of a portion of Lancaster Street, which is very low traffic. It's also quiet. The canopy they use does have some character so it doesn't feel so bad sitting in the street. In terms of service it depends on who you get and the mood they're in.

Despite a terrible name the drinks are cheap and I got drunk.

I'm so glad to see I can get carry out. they have the best pizza in the area, if not this side of the Bay Bridge. great local bar with a mug club and great drinks and food. if you weren't sure about stopping in this corner bar give it a try. I promise you won't be upset. also the fish and chips are top notch.
