I am a frequent regular at Penny Black. It's a nice change of pace on Fell's, if you're bar hopping, it's a perfect breather. Lived in the neighborhood for over a year and just had the chance to stop in for lunch. Place was completely empty which normally is not a good sign but the experience was great. Friendly service, good food, and nice atmosphere. Also, for the location prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend stopping in for a bit and drink.

What a great spot to grab a drink and a bite with some friends. We ordered a few appetizers and a couple of round of drinks after work. The place got pretty busy, but our 1 bartender was able to handle it all with ease and warmth!
