“First time at Libs Bel Air! Went on themed Movie Brunch 7/14/24. Loved the classy way it looked. Food and service was good! A lady named Dani came over to check on us and was so welcoming she even looked like she was handling all that was going on an we were impressed. Will be back!”

Juanita recommended so many things to help make my experience so enjoyable. The food was outstanding! She recommended the buffet so that I could try several things I was interested in. The 3 course meal + wine pairings was such a great value and I now know I need to have more Cabernet Sauvignon in my life. The truffle frites were some of the best I’ve ever had, actual truffles not just truffle oil. And the grilled Cesar salad, with the fried capers; will be doing that from now on! I loved everything I had, and everything that was shared between family. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“We allowed our young daughter choose where she wanted to eat for her birthday, and she chose Hot Pot. I asked if they had any desserts in the back so I could place her candles and sing to her. To our surprise, they brought out a special slice of cake decorated with a Teddy Graham, Skittles, M&Ms, whipped cream, chocolate, and a candle. They also presented her with a beautiful bracelet, snapped a photo, presented a lit up a signboard, and played a sweet birthday song over the speaker. They truly went above and beyond to make our little birthday girl feel special. Throughout the meal, the staff continuously refilled the food area with fresh meats and vegetables, kept our pots full of broth, and promptly cleared dirty dishes and trays. This style of dining requires a lot of work, and they handled it exceptionally well - always pleasant, attentive, and happy to answer our questions with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have larger tables that easily accommodate bigger parties. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening and for helping us in making memories celebrating our daughter on her birthday .”

“Recently my friend and I had an excellent experience at Looney's. We ordered a cheesesteak sandwich and had some beer at the bar. The sandwich was delicious and piled high. Of course, other places have great food but it is the service and bartender that makes the difference. Although not our bartender, Emma made our experience exceptional by being genuine, friendly, and positive. Her service would be the reason we return. We also made a request to get a different baseball game turned. The person behind the bar made it happen without a fuss or an excuse (unlike other places).”

Unfortunately our app of Mozzarella Kabobs was quite small. Two skewers with 8 quarter size pieces for $12 was very over priced. Suggestion either increase the quantity of the app or please lower the price. Definitely will not order that again.”

“Broom’s Bloom Dairy is such a special place! It’s a family-run gem that offers some of the best homemade ice cream around, along with light café fare that’s always fresh and delicious. They also sell local beef, pork, lamb, chicken, cheese, and milk—perfect for supporting local farms and bringing home quality products. One of my favorite parts is the beautiful sunflower field in the summer—it’s the perfect spot to take photos and just enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat and some fresh air!”

The simple feta plate was extensive with plump capers, lots of heavily marinated kalamata olives& chunks of fresh ripe tomato. Don't miss the entree: spinach+feta chicken. Large chicken breasts top & bottom sandwich a heavy layer of spinach & feta on a bed of orzo rice. Beautiful & a wonderful flavor. Included a varied & fresh Greek salad with superb Greek salad dressing. Finally, 2 deserts were split onto 2 plates for us: the heavy-syrup-filled Greek baklava, & a special lemon filo pastry of the day--very lemony. An excellent meal whether you're there for lunch or dinner. Wonderful service & a warm Greek welcome!”

“I went there with 3 of my kids after a soccer tournament. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress Samantha was kind and quick to take our order and anything needed while we ate. Chris ( another worker or perhaps manager there) slipped me a piece of paper asking if it was okay to surprise my kids with ice cream after they ate. I also noticed a special needs woman in the booth next to me who had ordered, then asked a dessert to be removed from her order because she said " she could not afford it". I saw that the staff comped her dessert and treated her with kindess and respect. All around I was impressed with the staff, their caring nature. The food was also great! If we are in the area for a tournament, I will defintely come back.”

“The Boba at Chatime, Bel Air is always delicious! When me and my family go, we always end up getting two drinks per person. They have the best drinks here for any occasion! Would highly recommend for everybody! For starters, the food. Aside from Boba Tea, they have lot’s of food! Ranging from a variety of options. Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu! Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes! Third, the atmosphere. Many people come here to get boba throughout the day. They are always so kind! I have gotten the door held open for me, and a compliment on my outfit!”

Vegetarian options: Everything is Vegetarian. If you are Vegan, I would recommend not getting anything with the custard. If I remember correctly they have a dairy free option. But I would ask more about that.

“So I've gone to this place twice, this week. it's the only 2 times I've been and both times it was outstanding food. The first time I went in this week it was almost closing time and all of the product looked as good as it does, I'm guessing, when they open. Normally by the end of the night it all looks like garbage at most places but not here. As someone that has spent years managing a Ruby Tuesday and trying to keep that salad bar on point, well this place could teach all restaurants how to have beautiful product to work with. Tonight was no different. I did order online to pick up in store and everything still looked great and again outstanding quality product that is so good I had to take a moment and slow down so here I am. You guys have a family for life that will gladly eat here on a regular basis.”

On 1/11/2024 we ordered breakfast and waited in less than 16 minutes our meal was served and it was the best meal we've ever enjoyed everything was hot and tasty even the coffee. “Totally kicking myself for declining a receipt but figured I’d leave feedback here. I haven’t been to this location before but this was hands down THE BEST BK experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I believe her name was Samya who helped me, she was so nice and personable, informed me my sauces would be extra and asked if that was okay. She was fast, accurate, funny and nice. Very professional. I also had Laura hand my food out, she was very nice and polite, my food came out very quickly and she even asked if I needed any other condiments! All I ordered was fries and sauce but they were piping hot in the best way, 10/10 all around for everyone involved in getting my midday snack. Keep up the good work and make sure these employees know they’re appreciated!!!”

“Been numerous times over the past 6 months. Great product. Usually have the same girl (wish I knew her name) and it’s been great service very efficient and she is usually by herself. Stopped in yesterday (Saturday) there were 3 young kids working. Props to them for getting out and working but there should definitely be some over site and better training. Especially on efficiency and customer service. There were 3 people in front of me - I painfully watched the young lady individually cut every strawberry and put them in a bowl one at a time. One guy was washing dishes and hanging around and the other guy was just wandering and would ring someone up once in a while. At one point all 3 disappeared for over 5 minutes- after 30 minutes myself and another customer asked for a refund. There was no apology or explanation. I asked if they were all new and was told no as they all stood there and watched us all get refunded. This post is more for the owner/ manager. Great product so I will try again. Hope they have a better day next time I stop in.”

My husband loved the bacon chicken ranch pizza and my kids love their pizza in general. I'm pretty picky about my fries and theirs are pretty darn good too! “I usually don't do reviews but Harford County is struggling tremendously in the food department and I swear I will crash the hell out if this place closes and we get another wawa/rofo/cfa/starbucks/etc 😂😐 I've now gone here on numerous occasions and the subs are exceptional relative to it's local competitors imo. The wagyu cheesesteak, classic Italian, club and turkey are elite. Would still prefer a chicken cheesesteak from where I go outside of the county but it is solid. Best quality/tasting meats by far imo vs competitors. All subjective of course but all in all don't let the bad reviews and low ratings discourage you. I've read through most myself and they all have one thing in common. Nobody could say the food was bad 💯 My only gripe is that there aren't bread options to my knowledge. Any issues arise be a decent human with patience and they will handle it. Like many businesses out here they're only working with a handful of people so keep that in mind. Take a detour on your next drive to Jersey Mike's you might not go back. 🫡”

“83.00 dollars spent...called next day when told manager Nash would be there...not there D I believe guy said his name was...very hard to understand him was just plain arrogant and really did not care that food was bad and I coukd being it back to niw that a manager was actually there....burnt meat that was greasy ...grease and Mayo saturated rolls...cold cut tasted rancid....soggy bad onion rings....ask for refund...said give you 40 ...Said his brother Nash would not give me anything and would not bother to call back.....waited in place 10 minutes past what they said would be ready...no phones ringing...2 people picked up Pizzas and one delivery put on shelf to get cold...so not busy....looking to speak to actual owners....this was absolutely disgusting...pizza steak was soaked with grease and pizza sauce...I even told them I would bring the uneaten food back....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE FOOD...can't get a refund if no manager there D...just a bunch of kids running the place...sad excuse”

“My daughter came home with a chicken sandwich from this Chick-fil-A with something that had black in the meat. She took a bite and this is what she saw below. How disgusting!!! I mean is it Mold or its old breast that was used. Its enough to know i will no longer eat from this Bel Air location. At this point we have no desire to eat at any locations as of now. Better quality control needed!”

“I haven’t been to little caesers in years it was my spot when they had $5 pizza years ago back in like 2010 but i needed something quick light and cheap recently and got the cheesy bites and it was so delicious. 10/10”

“I’m a pizza snob 100% and I’d have to give this place 5 stars!!! I work for Harford county parks and Rec and we used this place for a work party. When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. We got several different kinds of pizzas and they were all great. I was told the staff was very friendly and that’s hard to find anymore. Thank you and I will be back on my own time to get some grub!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!”

“Chilli’s has been spectacular lately. I’ve had 5 meals here in the past month in different locations. All have been amazing. 1 I had poor service. 3 amazing service and servers. The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant. The burgers are amazing. Fries are best around and it’s not close. Their chips and salsa! Other restaurants need to ask for their chips. It doesn’t get better than Chili’s chips. Thank you for providing great food at a good price and plenty to eat.”
