“First time at Libs Bel Air! Went on themed Movie Brunch 7/14/24. Loved the classy way it looked. Food and service was good! A lady named Dani came over to check on us and was so welcoming she even looked like she was handling all that was going on an we were impressed. Will be back!”

Juanita recommended so many things to help make my experience so enjoyable. The food was outstanding! She recommended the buffet so that I could try several things I was interested in. “We really enjoy coming out to eat here. The food is great. I noticed something this evening that I found perplexing. I noticed a hostess trying to take 3 plates to a large party in the back. Other servers followed with 2 to 3 plates at a time. I wondered why large trays weren’t being utilized. Where are the tray stands? I confirmed with a staff member that they don’t have these large trays. They only have a few cocktail trays. What is the rationale for this? This current setup is an unnecessary stressor to the staff and to the guests. If the kitchen were closer I could understand the business decision.”

“Food is solid, as are the drinks. Be aware, though, the alcohol available if you are seated upstairs is very limited, and downstairs high tops and all upstairs seating is set up to be no-back stools.

The people working there are consistently great, though, up or downstairs!”

“Went here for a family celebration and my husband and I couldn’t stop talking about the food on the way home. The 3 course meal + wine pairings was such a great value and I now know I need to have more Cabernet Sauvignon in my life. The truffle frites were some of the best I’ve ever had, actual truffles not just truffle oil. And the grilled Cesar salad, with the fried capers; will be doing that from now on! I loved everything I had, and everything that was shared between family. Would definitely recommend this place!”

“We allowed our young daughter choose where she wanted to eat for her birthday, and she chose Hot Pot. I asked if they had any desserts in the back so I could place her candles and sing to her. To our surprise, they brought out a special slice of cake decorated with a Teddy Graham, Skittles, M&Ms, whipped cream, chocolate, and a candle. They also presented her with a beautiful bracelet, snapped a photo, presented a lit up a signboard, and played a sweet birthday song over the speaker. They truly went above and beyond to make our little birthday girl feel special. Throughout the meal, the staff continuously refilled the food area with fresh meats and vegetables, kept our pots full of broth, and promptly cleared dirty dishes and trays. This style of dining requires a lot of work, and they handled it exceptionally well - always pleasant, attentive, and happy to answer our questions with a smile. I highly recommend this restaurant. They also have larger tables that easily accommodate bigger parties. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening and for helping us in making memories celebrating our daughter on her birthday .”

Of course, other places have great food but it is the service and bartender that makes the difference. Although not our bartender, Emma made our experience exceptional by being genuine, friendly, and positive. Her service would be the reason we return. We also made a request to get a different baseball game turned. The person behind the bar made it happen without a fuss or an excuse (unlike other places).”

The veal parm with penne and meat sauce is perfection — tender, flavorful, and cooked exactly the way true Italian comfort food should be. It’s easily one of the best veal parms I’ve ever had. And the mussels? WOW. Truly the best mussels around — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and bursting with flavor. I could come here just for those alone! To top it off, their espresso martinis are to die for. Smooth, balanced, and delicious every single time — the perfect drink to pair with a great meal. Jake does a great job! From the very beginning, the entire team went above and beyond—but the real star of the show was the manager, Keith. He didn’t just help coordinate the event—he genuinely cared about making it special. He offered creative ideas like incorporating decorations and even setting up a slideshow, which made the night feel so personal and memorable. When I ran into technical issues with the slideshow (of course, right before the party!), Keith didn’t miss a beat—he went out of his way to find an outside tech person to help get everything up and running. That level of dedication is rare, and it meant the world to me. The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything came together perfectly, and my best friend was completely surprised—it was a night we’ll never forget. “Broom’s Bloom Dairy is such a special place! It’s a family-run gem that offers some of the best homemade ice cream around, along with light café fare that’s always fresh and delicious. They also sell local beef, pork, lamb, chicken, cheese, and milk—perfect for supporting local farms and bringing home quality products. One of my favorite parts is the beautiful sunflower field in the summer—it’s the perfect spot to take photos and just enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat and some fresh air!”

“Best Greek food in Harford County! Started with the Avgolemono lemon-egg drop soup. Tangy with lots of lemon. Uses a chicken broth base. The simple feta plate was extensive with plump capers, lots of heavily marinated kalamata olives& chunks of fresh ripe tomato. Don't miss the entree: spinach+feta chicken. Large chicken breasts top & bottom sandwich a heavy layer of spinach & feta on a bed of orzo rice. Beautiful & a wonderful flavor. Included a varied & fresh Greek salad with superb Greek salad dressing. Finally, 2 deserts were split onto 2 plates for us: the heavy-syrup-filled Greek baklava, & a special lemon filo pastry of the day--very lemony. An excellent meal whether you're there for lunch or dinner. Wonderful service & a warm Greek welcome!”

“I went there with 3 of my kids after a soccer tournament. We were greeted and sat immediately. Our waitress Samantha was kind and quick to take our order and anything needed while we ate. Chris ( another worker or perhaps manager there) slipped me a piece of paper asking if it was okay to surprise my kids with ice cream after they ate. I also noticed a special needs woman in the booth next to me who had ordered, then asked a dessert to be removed from her order because she said " she could not afford it". I saw that the staff comped her dessert and treated her with kindess and respect. All around I was impressed with the staff, their caring nature. The food was also great! If we are in the area for a tournament, I will defintely come back.”

“Where do I even begin? The pita? Perfect texture and taste. The cherry tomatoes? Obviously fresh, juicy, and sourced from a great farm. The romain? Plentiful and CRISP. The Dill and Taziki sauce? Also VERY fresh, has a citrus kick somewhere, and seems to be made fresh as well. Because it doesn't taste like a store bought sauce filled with preservatives. The hummus? That might actually be where the citrus is from. However, the hummus is not overly salty! You can actually taste the Chickpeas and they use good ingredients as well as olive oil for the hummus too! The chicken? Is in NO way shape or form dry and it's actually seasoned! It's juicy and normal is it overcooked. The olives? Brothers and sisters I HATE olives by themselves, rarely on certain foods. But these olives are not overpowering and stealing the flavor profile, it just adds more depth to the flavor bomb of the Greek chicken Pita! The feta? What could be bettah? Seriously though if you can see this picture you should've seen that they don't skip on the feta either. Again the flavor is ALL the way there but not overpowering. While the texture is almost creamy. Probably with assistance from the sauce but still, it's not overly dry! 10/10 Would recommend & I will be back! Now the facility was spotless, the cleanest "fast food" I've ever seen. The staff? Phenomenonal, personable, kind, attentive to details, and downright superstars that make that place run like clockwork! Wooooo wo weeeee wo!!! If you haven't been here then you've got to go!! Moderate prices, exceptional ingredients, lovely staff, and clean facilities(where the staff actually care like the NW Expressway location in OKC). I'm out, ty for listening to my Ted talk! 🫡”

Their food is delicious, and you can tell they take their time making it. I love Chatime’s Boba Tea, and variety of food options on their menu! Secondly, the service. They always have a smile on their face and are willing to help you! They will wait as long as it takes you to decide your order, and get it ready within less than three minutes! Third, the atmosphere. Many people come here to get boba throughout the day. They are always so kind! I have gotten the door held open for me, and a compliment on my outfit!”

I got a blendini and as always, it was Blend-Tastic ??

Vegetarian options: Everything is Vegetarian. If you are Vegan, I would recommend not getting anything with the custard. If I remember correctly they have a dairy free option. But I would ask more about that.

Dietary restrictions: They have sugar free options which is a plus!”

“So I've gone to this place twice, this week. it's the only 2 times I've been and both times it was outstanding food. The first time I went in this week it was almost closing time and all of the product looked as good as it does, I'm guessing, when they open. Normally by the end of the night it all looks like garbage at most places but not here. As someone that has spent years managing a Ruby Tuesday and trying to keep that salad bar on point, well this place could teach all restaurants how to have beautiful product to work with. Tonight was no different. I did order online to pick up in store and everything still looked great and again outstanding quality product that is so good I had to take a moment and slow down so here I am. You guys have a family for life that will gladly eat here on a regular basis.”

The one time I ordered it for my family to be delivered, we didn’t receive my brother’s meal but I bet that was on the driver, not the restaurant. The burgers are amazing. Fries are best around and it’s not close. Their chips and salsa! Other restaurants need to ask for their chips. It doesn’t get better than Chili’s chips. “The quality at this Burger King is top tier. Always hot and fresh. They don’t serve old food. I eat here about 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast lately. My only problem is I need to triple check my order because some days the burrito comes with sauce. Some days it doesn’t. I was told it only comes on a certain burrito but it’s made different everytime. I order a biscuit and sometimes they forget to put it in the bag. Today I ordered a biscuit with jelly. She did not charge me for the biscuit and she gave me jelly so idk what that’s about. This is the same girl that forgot my biscuit the last time. She should repeat orders back and ask questions if things don’t make sense. Like why would I put jelly on my burrito. I asked for extra salsa for my burrito and there was none in the bag but she had them put a special sauce on my burrito. I think that sauce goes on the new candied bacon burrito because I’ve had that too.”

Several of his employees have also been there for as long as we’ve been going. Is probably best to order in-person vice phone as place is often busy….which can result in misunderstandings or incorrect orders.”

“Been numerous times over the past 6 months. Great product. Usually have the same girl (wish I knew her name) and it’s been great service very efficient and she is usually by herself. Stopped in yesterday (Saturday) there were 3 young kids working. Props to them for getting out and working but there should definitely be some over site and better training. Especially on efficiency and customer service. There were 3 people in front of me - I painfully watched the young lady individually cut every strawberry and put them in a bowl one at a time. One guy was washing dishes and hanging around and the other guy was just wandering and would ring someone up once in a while. At one point all 3 disappeared for over 5 minutes- after 30 minutes myself and another customer asked for a refund. There was no apology or explanation. I asked if they were all new and was told no as they all stood there and watched us all get refunded. This post is more for the owner/ manager. Great product so I will try again. Hope they have a better day next time I stop in.”

“we recently discovered this restaurant and everything we have ordered has been amazing! I got the shrimp scampi tonight and omg it was amazing and I still have enough for another 1-2 meals! I can't wait to let the employees at boxhill know I found a good scampi that doesn't use Italian dressing as sauce as we discussed earlier where to get some delicious scampi near by from. My husband loved the bacon chicken ranch pizza and my kids love their pizza in general. I'm pretty picky about my fries and theirs are pretty darn good too! The service is great, wait time is pretty quick! they have the cutest most tasty little loads of bread that went along with the scampi too. give them a try, you won't regret it!”

“I usually don't do reviews but Harford County is struggling tremendously in the food department and I swear I will crash the hell out if this place closes and we get another wawa/rofo/cfa/starbucks/etc 😂😐 I've now gone here on numerous occasions and the subs are exceptional relative to it's local competitors imo. The wagyu cheesesteak, classic Italian, club and turkey are elite. Would still prefer a chicken cheesesteak from where I go outside of the county but it is solid. Best quality/tasting meats by far imo vs competitors. All subjective of course but all in all don't let the bad reviews and low ratings discourage you. I've read through most myself and they all have one thing in common. Nobody could say the food was bad 💯 My only gripe is that there aren't bread options to my knowledge. Any issues arise be a decent human with patience and they will handle it. Like many businesses out here they're only working with a handful of people so keep that in mind. Take a detour on your next drive to Jersey Mike's you might not go back. 🫡”

“83.00 dollars spent...called next day when told manager Nash would be there...not there D I believe guy said his name was...very hard to understand him was just plain arrogant and really did not care that food was bad and I coukd being it back to niw that a manager was actually there....burnt meat that was greasy ...grease and Mayo saturated rolls...cold cut tasted rancid....soggy bad onion rings....ask for refund...said give you 40 ...Said his brother Nash would not give me anything and would not bother to call back.....waited in place 10 minutes past what they said would be ready...no phones ringing...2 people picked up Pizzas and one delivery put on shelf to get cold...so not busy....looking to speak to actual owners....this was absolutely disgusting...pizza steak was soaked with grease and pizza sauce...I even told them I would bring the uneaten food back....POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE FOOD...can't get a refund if no manager there D...just a bunch of kids running the place...sad excuse”

“I’m a pizza snob 100% and I’d have to give this place 5 stars!!! I work for Harford county parks and Rec and we used this place for a work party. When I heard the prices I was expecting not so good pizza and I was completely mistaken. The pizza toppings were huge and NOT greasy at all. We got several different kinds of pizzas and they were all great. I was told the staff was very friendly and that’s hard to find anymore. Thank you and I will be back on my own time to get some grub!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!”
