This place is constantly out of something, the cash register isn't work, or some other issues. If takes forever to get your food and when I've ordered online my order is never right. Go to Qdoba a little further up the road. It's better anyway.

I normally look forward to reviews to base my decisions towards whether I want to give an establishment my business or not, and alll these reviews hold true. I’m actually new to the Belair area and this Chipotle has been nothing short of disappointing!!!! Each time I went they were low on food and it’s only 5 or 6PM. How is that so when you guys don’t even close til 11?? This happened to me multiple times and they have the nerve to give people scraps and half bowls that are inside (while still taking online orders with no food) How?!! It’s unprofessional. The workers are rushed and not as courteous and I’m just tired of giving them chances for nothing to change. Who manages this place? Beware to any future customers.

Oh my, do not eat here. This store was absolutely disgusting. This is my third visit to this location and between food debris on the floor, not one clean table in site and trash cans completely overflowing, this seems to be an ongoing concern. I've seen cleaner high school cafeterias. The poor hygienic environment extends behind the counter. I had to leave, I was not going to eat here.

I am so fed up with this location being awful. Don't waste your time. They have wasted my time and money too many times now. Terrible customer service. Slow. Never open on time. Consistently gets orders wrong. This location has been terrible for a while now. I give up. I won't be back and encourage others to pick a different spot.

Very stingy, I've never seen so little food coming from a chipotle. They take forever and they forget items, even items like guacamole that you pay extra for. I definitely got a refund, listen to the other reviews too, they were right. I do not recommend this place unless they re-train the staff and get better at making orders properly.

I don’t think I’ve ever been to. Chipotle that was this bad. Not even this location. Last time I was here was about 2 years ago and it’s gotten worse.Today, I walked in and noticed all the tables were dirty. But I thought it was because they might be short handed. What I found was that they were just slow.It took 20 mins from the time I walked in to when I got my food. After about 10 mins waiting, an employee yells out, “everyone, just to let you know we’re out of shredded cheese”. Apparently, instead of putting a sign on the door, they just periodically yell it out. Problem is you’ve been in line when you could have gone elsewhere. Heck there’s even another Chipotle about 5 mins down the road.When I went to order, I also find that they’re out of grilled veggies. Also no small containers for their guacamole. Still the bigger issue is their speed.Heck there were 2 guys in the back just laughing and goofing off. With the cashier talking/joking with them, instead of ringing people out. Even every trash bin was over flowing.As for my burrito, it was fine, except the white rice was partially undercooked. Some of it fully cooked, some of it was also most hard.Sorry to say but this has been my worst experience at a chipotle. And over the years, this location has been steadily getting worse. I guess I should have gone to the Forest hill location, which I’ve enjoyed.

I hate writing bad reviews. But my expierience yesterday was pretty bad. Took 37 min just to order my food and another 10 to pay. There must have been 20+ folks waiting on mobile orders. One lady asked for a refund on her mobile order after waiting 20 min for pu and ordering it 20 min prior to that. The employees (3 of them) said "we don't know how to refund mobile orders."?They were out of meats and dressings and toppings. It was just really poorly managed; the customers and employees suffered for it.Parking: Plenty of parking available at the shopping center.

Ordered online from Bel Air, MD location, over 30 minutes late, ticket sitting there being ignored and then I was told that the order had already been taken which was a complete lie. The manager was incredibly rude and didn’t know what to do. Someone finally made the order after I stood at the counter. The location was dirty and the employees act like they don’t want to work there. An absolute terrible experience!!
